Company like this one, their warrant hard to survive..esp FREE warrant!!.. can sell at any price even at 5 cents. .. now at 28 cents, its like 15% free dividend for existing owner (not affect NAV of company at all).. big sh1t!!.. and towards the end..might become useless coz mother will always stay below Out-of-Money, due to continuous dividend payout and split/bonus shares.

He already sold 1/3 of his warrant stake.. if he sold more than half.. i bet..Karim will make sure this warrant will be out-of-money towards the end..i.e cannot be converted to dilute mother share.

everything below 3.00 is easy buy for Comfort.. and it wont drop below 2.60.(my layman calculation la)..less than 1 month to get that splendid and marvelous QR. Of U look from the top, price only depreciate 28%, but if you look from below, it actually drop 40%..and that's a very big and healthy correction! ..

I always use January price as benchmark for glove counters.. 300% acceptable and safe. On 20 th January (before the fun fair begun..hehe), price was 20 cents, 300% = 60 cents, That's was my TP and still valid until today. Coz (from my observation la) that's the normal appreciation for glove counters when virus epidemic hits, for pandemic perhaps can go a bit higher to 400% (80 cents), but beyond that is consider too much appreciation and need 1-2 QR..for HLT we got nothing yet !!..that's why i throw most of my stock when HLT reaches over 80 cents, sure others also did that a couple of days ago..Congrats!! . Anyway, this is just layman prediction, i am no expert in TA what so ever, just my guts feeling. Next time I might not lucky..huhu

tomorrow can start to reenter..initial TP 60 cents still justifiable. my expectation price would remain below 70 until QR. For long term..HLT definitely will continue to grow, not merely due to gloves sales, but sales from glove dipping new triple former line of production..that itself could contribute for the next 1-2 years business.

looks like that Karim already plan very much earlier than this warrant will be useless towards the end of 2024, means at that time Serba will not reach 3.00. In that way, all the warrant cannot be converted, as such will dilute the company shares by another 20%. There are many ways to achieve that, by continue giving dividend, and split shares.. Serba will always below 3.00. That would be the only possible explanation for his unethical action dumping warrant whenever he got that opportunity.

If he declare dividend to pay him, that money would come from company coffers, if giving himself FREE warrant, than sell it in the open, that money would come from new retail investors to his pocket!. very cunning lor..

that's what i think, Serba is too big to share the profits, might as well chanell the project to small companies, easier to control. Kpower got more growth potential with already billion Rm project!! instead of placing it under Serba tak kena.

last year, Resin business gave only 7.7% profits (2.05m), but Ethanol gave whoping 21% ($3.2 mil).
Last QR Resin gave only 5% (585k), but Ethanol gave 23% (1.6mil)..Ethanol really give profit splendid margin. If Resin business drop pon still ok, coz 75% of the profit comes from ethanol business

and ethanol very much needed, like glove la..forever needed for the next 1-2 years time. I would expect coming Qr would be much-much better.

remember ..when MCO just started..everybody scramble for ethanol to make hand sanitizer..and Hexza factory, CIM in Perak, running out of stock.. ..for the past 3 months...sales sure improve a lot. I don't have any figure to back up, but lu fikir la,,everywhere got hand sanitizer that has 70% ethanol in it !!.. its 70% guys..not 3-4 % like in liqueur.

why Careplus increase tremendously compare to other glove manufacturers??.. for me la..you have to look at previous Qr report, perhaps 4 QRs. Of all the glove manufacturing companies in Malaysia, Careplus is THE LOUSIEST PERFORMANCE !! Everybody else making profits but this one rugi jer. Thats justify their lowest price before pandemic, even producing 4 billion.

But when COVID suddenly strike, everything has change...timing also right when Careplus took fully control of Careglove and JV with Ansell..and sales bomm !! ,, over 4 billion gloves/annum. Must be at least in 1 billion ringgit MC already or $2.00 counter.

if director wants to get money, they should declare dividend, or just sell some stock.. but what Karim is doing now, can be considered unethical.. as the Boss, selling warrant shows that he himself did not confidence with the future performance of his company stock. Warrant suppose to give much much better return compare to the mother share. If anybody dare to challenge that, do the calculation la.

if in 2024, Serba become $4.00, he only gain 135% from holding mother share($1.70), but more than 250% from holding warrant. Must be damn stupid kot?? If $5.00, lagi triple stupid director would be called at that time.

I am still holding tight my Serba, but from experience, if directors keep on dumping his warrant, the performance of that company will be bad.. but this seems opposite to Serba, which gave good return so far and promising mega project.
