buy before oil trend cycle.. Friday start cut production. That would easy some pressure on supply and demand issue. Forget about US oil, WTI, they hv their own issue..both supplier and user are from the same economy.

When oil trend start again, perhaps end of May, this counter will fly the most, easily TP 2.00. Align some of profit from gloves counter to serba..huhu.

reason why malaysia company difficult to compete with our neighbour is becoz over there, Spore government give banyak subsidies...unfair advantages, compare to malaysian bunkering business. ..what our government should do is to give similar subsidies..than baru adil.

main issue in oil industry is DEMAND DROP significantly.. price may be holding at certain acceptable level, perhaps between 20-30, even up to $50 ka.. but without demand, sales VOLUME drop.. as such :

1. rig count drop
2. maintenance drop

profit margin can be adjusted, but without volume..cannot sustain. How long PETRONAS can holding crude storage, over 1 months??..consumption drop.. when Hibiscus crude oil will lands?.

Last time..price drop, but volume maintain..can still survive with thin. Hibiscuss can still drill at full pace, now sure less and less.. mens..

UNDERSTANDN THE DIFF BETWEEN WTI AND BRENT CONTRACT:

WTI contracts are settled with physical barrels, while Brent is settled with cash. WTI expires late on Tuesday 22 April and Brent will expire on April 30.

Brent contracts are settled in cash so there is no risk of going negative but they could drop significantly.

when oil in trouble, the first thing to go is RIG COUNT drop...follow by service and maintenance required for each rig/platform.

WTI already back to positive territory, tuesday is the last day for March delivery. June still at around $20. Brent is having the same disease now for few days..sama pattern, but will recover coz OPEC sure immediately cut production THIs WEEK. There is a very big difference between having OPEC cartel and non-opec producer, esp in times of uncertainty like this.. OPEC will always prevail.

like it or not..this stock fly purely due to apek KYY effect, to that extent..the whole bursa ccolapse but apek KYY counter still flying..haha !!... goreng sampai 300%.

What happen now.. US eat their own medicine, refuse to cut production..now too late already.. this WTI price drop is something that cannot be rectified. Its not like having nuclear war between US and North Korea, etc. .. Brent still holding, which our oil and 2/3 of the world oil standard, and that's very important indicator. Stay calm, accumulate whatever drop..like C1 and newly issued C7 warrant..
