Nobody is worried about if they are off the list, but if they are on the list, islamic funds will start to buy again and hike the price up.

I dont think the updated list is on the security commission's official website yet, should be soon though.

Investeye, why only buy one lot at a time? I saw you posted the same thing awhile ago for another stock. The fees for only one lot are probably around at least 3% buy and sell combined. So to just break even, the stock has to go up to approx. 4.41 before you can sell.

I think the biggest news we can hope for is skpetro remaining shariah compliant at month end. The islamic funds will come back in with their big volume and start moving the price.

Major discount today, I bought back in. Earnings report, dividend and perhaps the potential announcement of a big contract win from Kwasa Land all coming in by month end.

So dont come here to an O&G stock and spread your biased opinion. The only reason someone would constantly return to bash a stock is simply because they dont own it and would like to.

It is artificial volume, meaning that big shareholders are trying to make it look like the supply of the shares are more than the demand. This creates a scare tactic that appears to be bad news for retail investors holding these shares, such as you or me. Retail investors then get panicked and sell their shares predicting that the share price will go down. Who is buying the shares they sell? The same people that are "selling" at 4.40 for this particular share.

They better announce who else is doing all of this selling, this is NOT from contra players.

Why are you all worried? Although EPF has been selling, they have been buying as well at prices 4.64+. If anything, you should be happy about this opportunity to get in so low for a fundamentally strong company.

The main reason why I added this share to my portfolio is the very good PTBV. Also it has potential for some high dividends in the future and a decent PE ratio compared to the other property counters. The reputable name Sapura makes me more comfortable holding this share long term.

If dbkl's quit rent rate is not as high as proposed, this will increase well above 6. There is also a chance that they just cut costs which is what everyone is pushing them to do. Regardless, this stock is just about oversold and should be springing back soon to a happy medium.

I agree with stephenbond, it should go up to at least 1.50, but can still limit up. These shares are very scarce, so the demand for them is very high. Hold tight everyone and enjoy the ride!

And to those who missed it, Hovid's y-o-y net profit soared from 60,000 to 6.2 million.

Hovid declared an interim dividend of 1.3 sen.

I bought more lots of shares this morning, it cant go much lower than the current price.

I agree with you, plus they might be injecting the reit with Suria KLCC in the near future. It would be nice to get a healthy 7% dividend from this counter in a year or two.
