Yes. I was at the AGM this morning. I can honestly and solemnly back Lim’s clarification.

A mamak loom shareholder had noise that he purposely travel from Shah Alam to KL for AGM. He complaint that the venue costs a lot of money but without door gift. Hello, Abang, I purposely flew from Singapore to KL. You are just a small matter. By the way, the Durian chocolate is nice.

Another young gentleman and the old man with spectacles asked about the acquisition of land from IWH. Lim said discussion of such issue will be tabled during an EGM in near term.

There were two questions related to Bandar Malaysia. Lim did not answer the questions directly but just said it is viable that Ekovest May have chance to bid for the projects due to RRPT.

The minor shareholders with a spectacles who kept interrupting during AGM is a loyal shareholders to Ekovest. I saw him since the EGM for the sales of DUKE 1 and 2 to KWSP.

Lim Keng Cheng kelps emphasizing that Ekovest is different entity from IWH but just a builder, contractor and developer. He already gave the hint that if IWH’s Bandar Malaysia project is initiated, EKOVEST has chance to be a developer partner. Also, coincidentally, Lim Kang Ho (aka Botak Lim) was signing a memorandum with CREC subsidiary yesterday on behalf of Ekovest. 60% stake belonged to IWH+ CREC, now Ekovest + CREC together becomes strategic partners. Because of corporate governance and accountability, Lim Keng Cheng cannot simply just admit Ekovest is part of BM project. However, a person who is not stupid already know the hint.

Some shareholders critique that dividend payout is less relative to EPS. Haha haha, it is a subjective matter .

Lim Keng Cheng is nice MD. Have faith in him. I attended the AGM for 3 times. He has been sincere to shareholders. Last time a minor shareholder complains the venue was not good, this this year the AGM was held in Atas location. Another shareholders also complained. He said he gonna resign because none of shareholders can be pleased. Do this wrong, do that also wrong. Haiz....he feel very innocent.

Please do blame the BoD. To be honest I can feel sincerity from the BoD and their big picture for the corporate growth. Today only some clowns were picking on the BoD.
