As Bandar Malaysia project cannot take off as plan, there is no point for EKOVEST to take part in this project. There is absolutely supply glut of property in Malaysia. No FDIs,no capital inflow, dead poor economy, high debt level, no purchasing power amid threatening COVID-19 disaster, how are you anticipating the property sector will flourish. EKOVEST until now does not call upon minority shareholders to vote for those proposals, why? Because the big Lim has not convinced the minority yet and is not confident to have the proposals approved if a EGM is held. It was a good thing when minority shareholders turned down the proposal of acquiring IWH's land and IWCITY a few years ago at RM 1.50 / share. You see how much is it now? If EKOVEST acquired IWCITY successfully, it would have incurred big losses to EKOVEST.

Lim Kang Hoo's IWH is in trouble. Beware. As I reiterate, Johore land is worth nothing but Lim keeps dreaming.

@unomi12 I have been following EKOVEST since 2017. KC Lim and Lim Kang Hoo are having kind of "dispute" as they do not see eye to eye with one another. Lim Kang Hoo would like his son to take over soon but his son is just a nobody.
