normally big sharp only eat small fish, up 1 day then sure die 4 days, then continue up. But you hv margin no harm to hold now. I don't think AA will fly in near 6 months, some more it may worser to 0.70 to 0.80 due to super weak market sentiment, bet with care. Holding some cash to standby to buy cheaper price.

The drop is too fast, that is serious over selling for sure. what GMT report also nonsense for their target price, market collapse no need to have reason.
Global was weak since yr 2009, US was just remain to sustain by QE stratrgy, QE gone is time to game over, so will back to normal price. Anybody can tell me what is reasonable price for AA, & index now? Based on last US crisis on yr 2008, KLSE drop from 1400 to 800, -600 within one year time.

This round is started from July 2015, i will foreseen market drop from 1800 to be 1100 the lowest. -700 point, Just wait and see.

For example, The time buy Aircraft US100mil at currency to RM 3.2, take US loan at 100mil, book record Aircraft as RM320 mil

after 2 years, want to do sale & lease back
Aircraft cost USD80 mil (After deduct depreciation)
current loan USD80 mil but currency RM 4.0, so unrealised lost for loan RM64mil
if sell USD80mil can clear US loan, then lease back but also pay same amount.
The different is no more unrealised lost show in the account, Loan amount also reduce.

Don't expect buy today & tomorrow earn super big profit, i have paid many school fee 10 years ago. as i said, Q2 gd result will only favour those who want to run their remaining ticket, sure have high volume for today & tomorrow!!, if good result, high volume with maintain price between 1.00 to 1.10, if bad result may continue 3 /4 cents per day dropping, then faster to reach 0.80/0.70.

AA drop from 2.60 on Jan 2015 to 1.02 on Aug 2015, will it drop to 0.80/0.70 next month? the fact is yes!!!, AA price will rebound Only when
a)Oil & Commodity price stable & rebound
b)economy rebound
c)Stable politic
d) when a+b+c happen, then Malaysia currency will slowly climb up

But as you all know, none of it is happen now, even is just like beginning stage only.

Conclusion : Long way to drop.....

r Moi, The falling knife of AAB really sharp, make a lot of surprise to those small invester, we don't know how depth the share price will drop, but the fact is plp is suffer to feel continuous drop for the past 6 months, for contra invester all already die off & disappear. There is still have many holding the ticket & waiting for hope to come. When the downtrend will end ? Nobody have answer.

I was mentioned abt share price of AAB not AAX. AAX i really not to pay attention on it, but i will follow up as AAB still own AAX abt 49%. some more AAX is using AAB cash to sustain the business currently.

As i said previously, AAB Q1 result is 100++ Mil, but share price drop not really becos AAX poor result/accounting issue, foreigner want to run out of malaysia share. There is hundred of company result better than AAB lah, but also big drop recently, therefore don't think good profit can push AAB share up alot, but the fact is it may have few round of downtrend.AAB currently stood at lowest share price since year 2008.
