Limch, it is not IWH-crec don't have money to pay, they were late if according to news... I wanna ask which contractor pay in punctual, our government did not consider thoroughly fund transferring from one country to another country is not a simple process. I do not believe that IWH-crec has financial problem. Although TRX project is big but for Greenland and crec is tiny.

However like I said about our government setting, I won't be surprise if IWH-crec don't get the TRX project, but it is also no big deal, once the merger done iwcity should own total 6700acres land with NAPS 4.5~5.6 above.
