The fact is i afraid if they announce trx project awarded to others Iwcity will be suffering another wave of force selling...but then again i also believe that the share price should not be worse than 1.55~1.6 because of the merger and land bank. So lets see, hopefully investor are smart enough to keep some bullet in case shit happen.

I believe the next quarter report should be earning, and hopefully I am right.

The share price had appreciate to rm 3 plus not long ago, I believe that is better than paying dividend. If not because of our respected government cancelling TRX project, the price would still remain there. If LKH would know this could happen, he wouldn't even want to bid that project. Right now IWCity focus should be at the merger but not TRX.

Dangerous? A company with firm net land bank asset seems like lowest risk ever. Compare to other company's asset we talk about factories equipments that value will depreciate in time. ....IWcity is a stock with lowest risk ever to buy now at 1.68. You should really think twice about it.

most likely like what we have thought ICSB will get a small stake of project in TRX for those urgent part. If awarded to others it would cause further delay. Even so, it would mean a restoration of relationship in between LKH and government, and it will be transformed as investor confidence with rise of share price. Hope it break 2.+++ or limit up! By the way, BM is only extra, without BM Iwcity is still worth at least 1.8 with his vast land bank in Johor. So why afraid? Current price 1.68 hehehe

Iwcity price even can go lower it won't go below 1.5 for sure, just that too slow, in fact now it should be at least 1.8 or 1.9 something. 1.6 is too low to be true...unacceptable for a company with Net asset per share 4.5-
