Good point leoleo. Digging new oilwell and ramp up for production really have to take some long time. Also believe that they need to go through certain experiments and various tests. Depends on the capex budgets and reserve, they can start many drilling points at many different location at a time.

Previous bondholders try to get back their money from Markmore or Sumatec. Of course Tan Sri or Suma brought to it court don't want to pay any single cents. It will be a long period time of law sue, appeal and re-appeal again. But all these nonsense has nothing to do with Sumatec. Markmore is 99.99% Tan Sri's private company.

This explain why Halim dumped so many shares since Nov.

29th Nov- 19mil shares @RM0.052
3rd Jan - 8mil shares @RM0.085
4th Jan - 6mil shares Rm0.09

Unlike preferred shares , bond-papers are very weak toilet paper when the company changed hand/winding up. All depends on T&C, Believe that Halim is very likely to win.

RM72mil just a peanut to Halim, however still he need to prepare for it. So be warn and don't be surprise to see Halim dump more shares again or another RI coming.

Sad for this counter. Like this counter so much. Revoke the license is goddamn problem to the pharmaceutical manufacturing company. It can become crisis if fail to manage it. Not only the production loss /stop work/negative cashflow, the timeline to restore the license is a big question mark. Reputation and exports might be recall due to cGMP non-compliance.

In 2013 RI, 10 existing shares qualified for 41 Rights shares. Did that mean the total number of shares post-RI increased by 5-fold, and share price post-RI dropped by 5-fold also? No, that did not happen.

Hi Vinoth, earning will not be same. This RI is not meant for raise money to pay debt/operation but for asset acquisition. Currently Buzachi oil fields got 5 oil rigs is producing so the profits will be reflect in the financial report after RI

I bought this counter around May14 when the prices was around 26 -32cents and that time nobody want to buy it. I follow up closely and read the this forum quietly.
