Mr Rajendran has vast and varied experience with start-ups and has been a consultant and advisor to Insas Technology Berhad over the past 15 years. Currently he is the Supervisor (Chairman of the Board of Directors), Amertron Technology (Kunshan) Co Ltd since June 2013 and has been supporting Inari Amertron Berhad since September 2010 where he was an independent non-executive director until June 2012. Subsequently he held the position of CEO in Numoni DFS Sdn Bhd, a technology-based financial institution regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, from 2016 to 2018.

Ms. Wan has been active in the electronic payments industry since 1988, and has amassed solid local and international exposure in product development, project delivery, post-live support and pre-sales support of mission critical software products.
She began her career with SunGard System Access Malaysia Sdn Bhd and held various key positions from 1988 to 2010, rising to become Vice President and Director. In July 2010, she joined NCR Payments and Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd (NCR) as General Manager, Operations. She was subsequently appointed as Head of Professional Services for the Payments division, Financial Services, with responsibility for Asia, Africa & Middle East regions. Ms. Wan retired from NCR in July 2017.
She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Omesti Berhad

QBI PACKAGING SDN BHD (QBI) was incorporated in 2006. The principal activities of the company are quality food packaging and contract manufacturing. ISSM’s spectrum of products will help to complete this experience by interacting with customer and facilitating immediate product sampling and/or prize distribution at the same time delivering data analytics to our clients.

ISSM vending machines have digital signage capability built into the kiosks, and are also e-wallet payment capable. ISS Consulting Malaysia (ISSM) was incorporated in 1997 as a national (Malaysian) implementation partner for SAP software solutions. ISSM is 100% owned by DGSB. In 2015, ISSM entered the Digital Media industry, becoming the main technical supplier for hardware and software to our partner company, Orizon Malaysia. The team currently manages a portfolio of 500 digital advertising screens across the Klang Valley, in strategic locations such as transit hubs, public hospital and education institutions. In 2019, ISSM is moving forward with a plan to revolutionise the advertising industry by combining several cutting edge smartphone, digital display and content control technologies available. ISSM will also expand its digital signage presence to a targeted 3000 total screens within the next 2 years.
