Being a contrarian, I only feel dissappointed when a counter screws up becoz of themselves. I am not worried if the counter moves lateral / sideways.or even drops 10% to 15% or so as that can be easily made up however if the drop 30% or more, the recovery would have to include investors sentiments. It's not difficult to predict the Managment limbo as with the current change in their team.

For those who are or was in a public listed company would know that sometime the info privy to them but when announce, does little to the share price. This is because the investors are counting the numbers to the finishing line. Try it closer to the quarter end and try it when the number already exceeded the expectation when consolidate and you will see.

In tropics, it achieved all but they forgot about the share price and allowed the drop to be too significant. Hence I would trade very carefully for this stock even with their achievement. The only consolation is. 25% margin to play compared to construction.

I m not interested in stock that drops 30% even though later they can be higher than before. Stocks with inherent characteristics like Trops will not change and for stocks like that is good for traders and I concede even if I do make my money here later as it does not meet my portfolio.....

:) oh I touch his stock? ....... And OTB is indirectly praising himself.lol......tq but I am doing fine with all my stock performing at 20+ % avg. I doubt Trops can make it though as it has to recover 60% to cover the for 2013. But tq for highlighting

It's funny when someone thinks a share is good from the surface and perspective......but cannot accept the share is weak even when presented. If you cannot accept something that you bought is not good enough then you are in denial.

I am open to share the good and the bad.....and accept it for the character it display and not get involve further. Doesn't mean if I bought I must fight to say its good. That insecurity......lol

I have been known to sell cheap......because I like my quality and character......
