its impossible to say when to buy and sell unless u have calculated out a theoretical intrinsic price. this price will enable you to go in if its higher than the market price now. sell is up to u how much profit u can make. this is FA
now i dunno how to calculate the intrinsic price so i cant help you.

becoz there is a global event now share prices may stay down rather than up. this we will never know nor able to understand. this is one of the best times to buy but how much to buy is up to you of course.
