（吉隆坡13日讯）GHL系统（GHLSYS，0021，主板科技股）指，Actis Stark（毛里求斯）有限公司与行动一致人士已通过一项无条件强制全面收购活动，将股权从63.31%，提高至63.51%。
该公司向交易所报备，Actis Stark和行动一致人士仅购得0.2%股权，相等于130万股，显示股东反应不热烈；该项献议已经在周五（12日）到期。
GHL系统在今年3月向交易所报备，Actis Stark以每股1令吉，向Tobikiri资本有限公司和Cycas，分别收购GHL系统的16.05%和28.32%股权。
根据上述收购计划，Actis Stark以2亿9023万9518令吉，共购得GHL系统44.37%股权，因而抵触无条件强制全面收购门槛。
因此，献议以每股1令吉收购GHL系统剩余股。
不过，早前独立顾问大马投行指，该献议“不公平”也“不合理”，而建议小股东拒绝该献议。
