Looking at 3years Chart, Velesto is in higher of High which means it will retest 30sens ( given huge Vol. and higher Price). After 30sens, next will be 35sens and 40sens. Price can shoot up in a few Days Or a strong push over a
month or so. Strong 4Q22 earnings will be major catalyst-----if Good results will be out 15 or 22Feb

It is Not how much borrowing/Debt that is important but how well management can utilise them to earn
a profit. TNB has 50billions Borrowing. Should be Delisted 20years ago. However Gov give a 30billion Grant.
If Gov privatised SAP, Anwar will get a 10Bil HIT. Big Hole in Budget.....Previous finance Minister and now Anwar
is thinking how to save SAP and save face as well

SAP has 10--11 jack-Rigs ( 4-5 more than Velesto ) And maybe making $110,000 Day-Rate in December 2022
bcos they are bidding outside Petronas ( given only $80,000 )

as far as I am concern, Velesto is far more better managed than SAP. Insurance receipt from Naga 7
has reduce Debt by so much( so easy to be profitable ) Selling all its Rigs and distribute back to PNB will
benefit everybody But, but Day-Rate is so,so Good 2023-2024. Day-Rate@$120000, Velesto can make
RM170mil per year per RIG ( or 1.02Bil for 6 Rigs plus or minus excluding Expenses ). 2year it can wipe-off all remaining Debt. Selling 6 Rigs in 2025, just imagine how much money can distribute back to investors

Now Petronas give 2 "Continuous Year Contract " ( no more start -Stop ). I will be very surprise if Velesto cannot
announce 40million profit per Quarter in 2023

Oil price affect Trading Sentiment. Day-rate predicts Velesto Profit margin. If Oil price keeps falling, 2015
Velesto price crushed will repeat. ( RM4.20 to 0.16 ---A ridiculous plunged ) If Oil keeps raising to Rm140,
sooner or Later Velesto will retrace previous Price or go Higher ( who knows )

China Jet Fuel demand will be Humongous for CNY. This will surely push Oil above $90 in short term

0.185--0.190 today is Good. Then another 2 Days to push to 0.200
