I don't think there are contra players in Insas... Sellers are all tired holders... Contra players for sure won't choose Insas.... there are so many other counters which offer more volatility and much higher beta for trading excitements ! :)

I bought all this insas with my Cash Account! No money can't buy!! Brokerage 0.1% :)

I can go long or short term. But go long term will always win big on stocks with strong fundamentals like Insas and can sleep well ! :)

By any valuation, it is dirt cheap at current level...especially technology stocks like Inari offer a promising future....walao 1000 shares Insas indirectly own 607 shares in Inari.... I dared not buy Inari so I bought Insas! LOL!

334 millions investment in securities as at 31122016. Has this appreciated in value? How much profits has been realised....

Just have to wait for the results...soon.... :)

Broadcom (AVGO), the company Inari contract manufacture, rose to an all time high of US233 recently....Is Inari's business as good ? Inari also rose to an all time high.... So, how about the coming Quarter results?

Some big buyers emerged..... Volume is up significantly today...2.12M shares transacted, highest in the last 6 trading days

Technically, price now is above the 10, 20, 30, 50 days exponential MA. MACD though still -ve is turning up ..... Stochastic cut the signal line from the bottom and turn positive ...Bollinger Band is narrowing and price is almost touching the bullish upper band....
Overall is bullish.....:)

A look at the 31122016 Balance Sheet, in the Current Asset Section:

" Financial assets at Fair value through profit or loss:RM334, 948,000"

According to 2016 annual report as at 30062016, these are quoted securities invested in Malaysia and overseas.
The last 3 months has been a good bull run all over the world , could Insas turn in good profits from this 334Millions investment during the 1st Quarter?

Did a rough calculation, take the balance sheet as at 311216 and the market values of the associate companies at the current market price, the value per share is much higher than the NTA of 2.18, it is another RM1.00 more...

Taking control of the company, buying 31% stake from the owner who built up the business. Definitely this have to pay a premium. If not, why the owners were willing to let go?

Similarly, Tan Sri Desmond Lim bought 19% of WCT and took control of the company, had to fork out RM600+ millions @ RM2.50 per share when WCT was trading @RM1.75....:)
