3iii maybe you can try reprojecting the cf with 30% growth for the next 5 years then 10% for remaining years. and use discount rate of 6%. what is the intrinsic value ? i dont believe in this kind of dcf projection but since u believe it would be interesting to know

how do you derive the discount rate of 14%? why not 6%?

why do you think the cf will only grow at 5% for the next 10 yrs?

note the word assumptions. your cashflow projections assumes a lot of things. i would rather look at the eps of the last few quarters to see if it is improving and the possiblity of this improving further. moreover the crack spread is improving. There are many oil funds around the world looking for undervalued companies like hy. as a fund manager will you invest in a pe 30 oil refinery or a pe<10?

3iii there are many methods to value a company. you can spend the whole day coming out with complicated models, making all sort of assumptions in discounting your cashflows or whatever. in the end you will realize that simple ratios like pe growth, p/naps are most useful. complicated models are always flawed.

pe 10 is being conservative. moreover next qr is expected to give 180eps. now is time to buy. when it hits 40 then you can reconsider your options. fund managers without hy in the portfolio should be fired with immediate effects

Where in the world you can find refinery under pe10. Even in India you see pe7.

Sapu all the warrants tomorrow. Especially 6 months ci and ch. ci has lowest 3% premiums followed by ch 5%. 3mths cd is a good choice also with 0 % premium. In one day mother HY can up 8% but these sons are only trading at 0-5% premiums. We should be aiming at 20% premiums at least. Short term (Cny) hengyuan tp revised to rm25. I believe next qr must be extremely good (180eps) judging by the high crack spread in nov and dec.

fund managers who think that HY is expensive and not buying should be fired with immediate effects.

PE 10 will be achieved by June 2018. next qr eps will definitely be higher than 120. what is the tp then? hahaha
