SHQuah The outlook is too optimistic in that prediction. I always knew Saudi Arabia is letting the Crude Oil go cheap with the intention to kill off the competition by the USA and Canada Shale Oil, if oil hits US$80 again then Shale Oil production would come back since they can make a profit Don't ever discount the fact that when IRAN gets an all clear, they will start flooding their OIL in the market with over 35 million barrel Stock Up supplies. I want to invest a lot too but I worry about the coming 3 months... very volatile and unpredictable...

It is up for a short time because of the war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen but it seems that the war can be over in a few months... I think the price will not change much anyway...

He told me he was making money, I told him to be careful as I thought it was a scam, I think my bro got burned big time. hmm One thing I learned in life ... The 3rd new factory big one, will be operational in Aug/sept 2015. dividend now is 2.3 cents I am optimistic but not that optimistic that reality went out the window.

GoodCompanies - I already know that you worked for AAX, always trying to defend and support AAX no matter what - no point lying to these people. We all got burned.. I see only problems - no profit, only loss, promises not kept but broken, hopes not fulfilled but disappointed. AAX made so many stupid mistakes... loss in foreign exchange amount to millions - wonder why he employ certain incapable CEOs - hopefully not because of skin colour but meritokrasy...and ability.

It would be sad if the AAX share price keeps falling down to 40 cents after they start floating out more shares to collect funds for new airlines and other stuff.. This counter is now quite unstable.

I personally think it will get worse and drop to 45cents before it gets better... not a good outlook for this share... hmm

Now that Iran has signed the treaty with US & Europe on its Nuclear Proliferation Act that its nuclear intentions is peaceful, it is no longer under Embargo and can sell all its Petroleum on the World Market... OK more petrol supply is hitting the World Market ... so is price going to go up or down ? hmm I hear that is a war in Yemen between Saudi Arabia and the rebels there, it is strictly between Sunni Moslems and Shia Moslems... Iran is just next door to Yemen and shoving so much weapons to the Shia rebels in Yemen that it is no longer funny... Instability and uncertainty or the disruption of Oil Supply could also result in increase in Petroleum prices... hmm Wonder which way the price will go now.....

Robert Shiller is Wrong! There is another Crude Oil War going on between the Arab Countries and the US/Canada using Oil Shale to harvest petroleum. The Arab countries are allowing the cheap Oil to flood the market to KILL OFF this Threat from Shale Oil Companies based in USA and CANADA. With competition, the World Crude will never reach US $100 a barrel again - the is a realistic projection. Most analyst seems to think that it will get worse, crude will drop to US$30 a barrel before it gets better...and if it does, it will be at least 3 to 5 years down the road where they estimate World Crude will hover up around US$70 to US$80 depending on market supply. Everything has its timing and nobody can force anything to move faster than it's own reality.

Sorry to spoilt your dream but 3 top Australian Analyst says the World Crude Petroleum could go down well below the US$30 a barrel and also last week a famous US Analyst said that it predicted that the World crude would drop to US$15 a barrel... If Iran managed to sign the non-Nuclear proliferation act, then it would have all sanctions imposed upon it by the Security Council lifted and that means it can start selling its Crude in the World Market as well. According to Maynard Keyes when you have an over abundant supply, the prices of crude will only slide one way. Guess which way... So the outlook is NOT as ROSY as people here are trying to make it. Get back to reality people... Look at the Dow Jones, SnP 500 and Nasdaq, all are in RED.... Everything is sliding down .... want to buy now ??? at your own risk.....

Scomi Group has recently close down its subsidiary Oiltools and also its KMC All Star Chemical Sdn Bhd. which cost the company a fair bit of money. It would still take a while for it to recover and pay off the money lost on the subsidiary companies....

If USA signs treaty with IRAN on Nuclear deal which seems very likely cos of OBAMA, Iran will be able to also sell it's oil in the world market, after the USA and Europe lifts their embargo. The 26.551 million in profit is on paper only, it is not included in payment of employees and CEOs they take up a lot of money, the cost of doing business and maintenance and many more by the time you do all the normal deductions, don't kid yourself of anyone - what is left is a measly some of money not enough to even pay the fine.. SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd beat several other bidders including international oil companies to win the rights to buy Newfield International Holding Inc’s Malaysian oil and gas assets for a whopping US$898mil (RM2.85bil). SK Petrol is still paying off huge debts and making a loss at the same time cos the price of petrol is at it's lowest... Don't be too sure the price will hold - reality is kicking in...

The possible fine to Scomi Group by the Indian Government is 1 Crore Indian Rs (INR) = US $214,431.36 or approx MYR $772,000 ringgit this will wipe out any profits the company has made in 5 years....

So what if I already owned AAX Shares and am disappointed with losing so much money? It feels like I have already thrown so much money into a black hole and it keeps losing money. Lousy management? Just so that you understand, I am not the proof and neither are you. The proof is in the cold hard facts that is reflected on the annual report of AAX. Look at it yourself analyse it, chew on it and internalise it. Only then will you comprehend if this company is worth investing in. Everyone may interpret it differently, only the ones who can see thru the bull knows the bigger picture of the future of this airline. ... GoodCompanies the 20% growth you refer to is actually the 20% increase in Costing that cuts into the revenue of Air Asia... I know you like to paint a beautiful picture of Air Asia but I on the other hand like to talk about REALITY and HARD COLD FACTS. I agree with you that Air Asia X has a future and may turn a profit but rest assured that won't happen till 3 years later - facts are facts! Projection is not facts, it is mere optimism and nothing more. I have outline most of the important facts up there with regards to Air Asia and I like to bring you back down to earth and reality... So, how much are they paying you to promote buying their shares ? LOL

GoodCompanies you sing the praises of AirAsia a lot... The growth according to the report was 11% not sure where you get 20% All this time only LOSES and NO PROFIT yet for 3 years... There are still unprofitable routes that have not been ironed out or rectified. The expensive cost of exchange rates needs to be managed. Even though petrol has dropped 50% but the spiralling cost of paying the enormous LOAN is cutting into any hope of profit for the next 3 years minimal... AAX is lucky to stay at 51cents - Many expect it to spiral down to 35cents and this is not a joke...
