I do not think fund managers are allowed to buy PN17 company share. So who are buying and who are selling CapitalA share?

If you cannot figure out the answer then you better wait untill PN 17 regularisation plan come out before you buy CapitalA share.

Know why Stony keep delaying the PN17 regularisation plan?
The reason is the figure does not tally.

The PN17 regularisation plan:
1.The Group expects to announce the finalised regularisation plan to Bursa Malaysia Securities in January 2023 and followed by submission for approval targeted in February 2023.

2.We have a robust plan in place and aim to have a full submission of the regularisation plan in April 2023 after finalising the audit and valuation of entities involved.

3. The revised timeline involves full submission in July 2023, with our execution plan commencing in quarter four upon obtaining all required approvals from Bursa Malaysia and relevant authorities.

4.On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 June 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time of an additional period of 3 months until 7 October 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.

What good business dynamic can bring if it cannot improve the bottom line and the Balance Sheet figures?

By the way, I am eagerly waiting to see how life unfolds when Stony finally release the long await PN 17 regularisation plan.

I sold all my Bplant and bought Petronm at about RM 4.50 for 25 cent dividend and knowing Petronm will do well in Q1 and Q2 wherease Bplant based on monthly production and CPO price will do poorly in Q1 and Q2 if without gain from land disposal.

GUH Holdings Bhd said its subsidiary has reached an out-of-court settlement with a unit of JAKS Resources Bhd and a construction firm, over its payment claim for work undertaken as a sub-contractor. What I mean time your selling is sell at near the peak when the share price rise is running ahead and beyond the fundamental (overpriced). And buy back when the share price is oversold.

I agree with 3iii invest only on those companies that are well managed and give yerly dividend but you must also monitor the external and internal factors that will cause the company doing extremely well or extremly poor and time your selling.

Pity someone do not know what does it mean or different between?
