For their warrant, those that need to be converted, is already in progress. From their movement lately, I believe some party are playing it up so they could distribute the warrant held in their hands. As for the dilution of their EPS, may happen or may not happen as they are currently expending their operation with their new factory. If they could which I believed they will... Expand with robust development in properties, even with the additional converted warrant to mother shares, their EPS will look even better. However, one point that needed to take note, the leadership of the company has been handed over to one pretty lady and how would she guide the company only time will tell. Another plus point is their operation is not only in Malaysia and with RM being weak, they should gain from that as well. There are a few more points but let's leave that for now. Meaning not many free float share available and most of their investors hold tightly what they have invested. Often times I do come across some info of their progress. Goldmanbull, I follow their progress closely as I believe this counter is a gems for 2024. The first round I bought was 0.365 and sold off in stages due to my large holding. It went up above 1.80 which I did not expect. Anyway, it is good if they can slow down their swing. Since it is a cornered counter, whoever play will be at the mercy of their investors. As I said, it is business as usual there. I guess it is a small player with about 5m shares that got margin called since synergy was sold down from above 1.80 to 1.30. when that level got hit, then they will sell like crazy. Anyway, it is well played. 👍

As posted a few days ago, I sold off all when it was above 1.00. This is a good counter and will wait for opportunity to collect back. At the moment, no plan to collect any yet. Let them play out their part of distributing their warrant first. ✌️

At the moment, seems like the selling slowed down. Not as aggressive as yesterday. Waiting for clearer indication as well as clearing of day traders ticket first.

As far as I know, there are no change in their fundamental. Business is still growing and they are still doing very well. From the movement today, my guess... See the word guess... One of their investors may have sold off as they are happy with what they gain. And due to the sell down, the price could have hit a stop loss of one margin account that trigger margin call. Not sure if there are more to sell but I don't think there will a lot left. Anyway, don't take my word for it as I am just guessing based on today's movement. Will need to see how their movement for few more days. Then I may have a better picture of the situation.

Why I am still interested in this? Because I trust they can produce and deliver the result I expected. Hope for the best. ✌️

Thanks cytew for the update. However, I am still in the collection phase which I stopped when it cross 0.40. Now it has come down to my collection window and I will continue to buy and keep as planned.

As for synergy, I do not have any position left in that counter. Sold off all when it hit my TP with good margin. If and when they drop to the level where I believe worth buying, I will again buy in but not at the moment. All the best to you. ✌️
