the secret of making big profit in trading is to find a potential profit growth stock which still at lower price, then hold and be patience

example, i am collecting SUPERLN now traded below 80c, it never had -ve earnings and is the beneficial of low oil price, next qtr it will be making more profit bcoz it qtr rpt next mth is from may-jul, over from MCO period

if you missed to collect SUPERLN now, in the next 2 mth you will be losing opportunity to make big profit just like buying VS 2 mths ago

last week bought carepls 100 lot, comfort 80 lot and supermx 15 lot when down, out of 3 supermx gives the biggest profit now

dont underestimate expensive stock, it can perform better than cheaper ones

if dipping can give another 1m, total dipping and glove will make 4m @ qtr eps 4.7c

latest 4 qtrs eps will around 1.07 at current price 2.02 pe will be around 187, still overvalue

shareholders must pray that HLT will post significant revenue from dipping line to bring down the pe

fact is pe185 is the highest among top 7 gloves counter and interestingly it has the lowest prod capacity at 92m/mths only

i agree that HLT is one of the beneficial counter from covid19 but looking at the price hike and fundamental, its very risky trade to those bought at high price

im not trying to talk bad on HLT but i extract details from the news and its prev qtr rpt.

the fact is covid19 started in dec2019, Q1 rpt all 7 main gloves revenue increase but not HLT

below is what wriiten in the qtr rpt:

“For the current financial quarter under review, the Group recorded revenue of RM26.132 million, decrease of 17.95% as compared to RM31.848 million in the preceding year quarter. The decrease in revenue was attributable to lower revenue in both glove-dipping lines and rubber gloves segments.

The Group recorded a gross profit of RM0.890 million with a gross profit margin of 3.41% for the current quarter under review as compared to a gross profit of RM3.059 million with a gross profit margin of 9.60% in the preceding year quarter. The gross profit achieved by the glove-dipping lines segment was partly off-set by the gross loss from rubber glove segment which resulted the decrease in both gross profit and gross profit margin.

The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM2.174 million as compared to a profit before taxation of RM1.094 million in the preceding year quarter was mainly due to reversal of impairment loss on a trade debtor.”

i believe other gloves will follow to issue bonus later, it should be announced soon

HLT now is so overvalue and when actual figure out lower than expectation, market may react. Hopefully it wont happen. If happen those enter early still made big profit but those latecomer will lose big trap at high.

I made comparison between top 4 gloves and 2nd tier glove comfort, carepls and rubberex, the findings was HLT subsidiaries HL Rubber has the lowest production capacity at 1.1b/year annually or 92m/mth.

HL Rubber by the way is 55% owned by HLT not 100%, means they income from subsidiaries will contribute 55% only.

Lets say 1 pcs of HL Rubber glove sell at myr 0.10c, 92m will generate rm9.2m revenue. 55% from 9.2m would be 5.6m.

As we have no data what would be the ASP rise for HL Rubber from Apr-Jun, conservative 20% would made revenue at 6.72m.

If read past qtr rpt, 1/3 revenue is from glove dipping line and 2/3 is from rubber glove, not sure how much dipping line segment will improve but for sure would not able to beat rubber glove.

Hence, based on expectation and current price hike, i have doubt that coming qtr rpt will have significant profit growth compare to the top 4 and 2nd tier gloves producer due to its smaller capacity and 55% owned HL Rubber subsidiaries.

However, this is just my personal opinion, please do your own research to have better picture

You are wrong. HLT 1/3 income is from glove dipping line and 2/3 from rubber gloves.

The high demand glove is from synthetic/nitrile not rubber.

HLT coming report will not be superb as big 4 and 2nd tier glove like comfort, carepls and rubberex.

All 7 pure gloves stock has shown increment in revenue in prev qtr but HLT revenue was decreased. Read the prev qtr report to see the fact.

30m is projected conservative profit as no latest data on the additional production output from the new production line and the % of ASP from May~July

supermx and top glove has stated ASP increase
between 10% ~ 40% depends on glove type

profit growth stock even if drop later will rebound back, check 2016~2018 chart

price only drop heavily when US trade war with China but that time not only VS, rest of stock also drop

look at the chart, current price not yet climb half of prev drop

for a profitable and hot gloves counter, with the tremendous profit from top glove and comfort to be released end sep, market will have clear picture that gloves profit is a real fact and unprecedented in history

top glove egm mentioned that ASP been up 20-40%, and supermx prev qtr rpt stated prev qtr rpt still not include the highest ASP ever

comfort and top glove rpt est out 26-sep
projected profit top glove 400-500m
comfort should reach 30m

comfort profit will be more than double coming qtr bcoz have additional output from new prod lines

just hold till qtr out then you will be rewarded

short trade is best apply when price very volatile, but for mid to long term better buy and hold

people buy after 4pm based on strong TA and sell tomorrow morning for short trade profit

same like yday limit up and momentum strong today morning, then many selling take profit

but if the next morning price going down, they cut loss

but later if price go further up, they will repeat back when TA signal comes

hope unclechua huat buy also at 1.70, already earn 10c today

i thought rm2 by end year, seems like next mth can hit already

better late than never, if drop to limit cut loss and move on
