Hexza has a debt-free balance sheet with net cash of RM51.4 million and investments in financial assets of RM63.7 million, which are equivalent to almost two-thirds of its market capitalisation.

Besides investment holding, Hexza is involved in the manufacture of formaldehyde-based resins and ethanol — industrial chemical products used extensively in different local industries, such as furniture, construction and infrastructure. With its manufacturing division riding an earnings recovery trend in recent years, its share price has gained 54.3% to 89.5 sen from 58 sen in 2011.

In FY2016, revenue declined 6% y-o-y to RM141.4 million, attributable to the cessation of a subsidiary’s operations in August last year. However, net profit was up 14% to RM16 million, thanks to the commencement of finance lease income flow.

Recall that Hexza entered into a sales, purchase and lease agreement to purchase an 8mw heavy fuel oil power generation system in Myanmar from Singapore-based Tembusu for US$6 million. The finance lease’s internal rate of return is estimated at 22% and it started contributing to the company’s earnings in FY2016 and will do so for the next 10 years."

You see lah. I maganed to get some at 0.265 after reading bugle's article on PMCORP. From now on, I'll queue to buy some at the bid-price everyday until the repayment is announced. I'm really impressed with bugle's way of stock investment. You might check it your own on his/her previous postings on LCTH, HEXZA, KULIM, CSCSTEL and many others. I'm really admired that just KULIM one counter alone, the dividend already enough to buy few hundreds lots of PMCORP shares. I think I should also learned something from you. Why do you think that the price will be below certain level?

How sure are you that the price will not go up and why?

Constructive comments are always welcome. If you've written something with an empty idea, or something that is based on nothing, then eventually your readers will realize that you've contributed nothing here.

Let me take a wild guess: Some people might think that when they say something about a company, its share price will react, and with that, try to influence other people to act the way as wish. Yes, some people do have that kind of influence, but certainly not all the people will react without judging its merits first.
