The ManagePay Group has successfully raised funds through a private placement in first quarter of the financial year 2014 to pursue the electronic money business (“e-Money Project”). The e-Money Project involves the development of electronic payment instrument which is complimentary to the current e-Payment products and services namely Mobile Point Of Sales (MPOS) offered by the ManagePay Group. The Group has worked on a number of projects that require e-Money issuing capabilities such as gift card solution to large retailers, shopping complexes and business communities.

Besides, the Group has also rolled out more MPOS services to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Micro Enterprises (MEs) in second quarter of the financial year 2014. The Group believes it will register higher revenue growth in merchant acquisition activities in coming quarters.

In view of the above mentioned new payment service offering, the Board of Directors are of the view that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Group is moving towards developing a sustainable source of income stream in the coming years by providing both e-Payment and e-Money services in relation to the acceptance of electronic payment services in Malaysia and in the region.

@cassyee, look at the price movement objectively. Over the week, it has depreciated only 7% after rising for a few weeks. Don't expect the share price to rise in a straight line day after day and week after week.

Even Inari and GHLsys have corrections along the way before they move higher.

@cassyee, I don't think it will drop to 60sen or below.

I think simon84 also mention that the price might rebound. Perhaps you should look at the positive side instead of the negative.

I see it as an opportunity to add more if the price really retrace to below 70sen.

@always_steady, AGM is normally in June.

One day the high flying BJ Corp suddenly dropped from RM2.00 to RM1.30

Someone told me to buy BJ Corp at RM1.30 in the hope of rebound.

I told him I might consider if BJ Corp dropped to RM1.00

But when BJ Corp dropped to RM1.00 I changed my mind & told him I might consider if BJ Corp dropped to RM0.70.

Again When BJ Corp dropped to RM0.70 I decided that if it could not find support it might not be a good idea to buy any.

Finally BJ Corp dropped to low of 0.45. When this BJ CORPSE finally hovering below 0.50 the die hard Calvin still having his day dream of a strong rebound in the near term.

I sold all my Ifca holdings last week and untung "a lot" haha as mention by not so "steady" ......and I do not think will buy IFCA in near term as price is overbought and overpriced....

@1star, looks like you sold your shares in the week of OCT 9 below 50sen and NOT last week.

You definitely regretted selling too early. And every now and then calling for the stock price to drop, drop, drop.

Coz of that, I will minus 1 star and you are now known as 0star.

philan, you can buy 1/2 of intended quantity at this price. If price really go to 70sen, then you can buy the other 1/2 quantity.

If you wait and the price does not go to 70sen, then you may have to buy at >90sen.
