Dnex 4q result =1.7ct.Say X4 for year =6.8ct.if base on PE 10,dnex shd worth 68ct.Then censof worth 0.68x1735/502x18%=0.42,plus 5ct for it own business .so atleast 0.47

Dnex share issued 1735m.Censof =502m.1735/502x18%=0.62.So if Dnex up 1ct,censof shd up 0.62ct

Censof own dnex 18%.Dnex market cap is 581mil.Censof share issued is 502mil.581/502x18%=0.21.value of censof is 0.21 excluded its own budiness.Its own business value now is 0 .05.

There will be warrant holder meeting on 28/11 to vote on the proposed amendment to the deed poll.One of the proposal is to amend to par value is no longer legally required to be ascribed to the share capital.I think this is unfair to warrant holder,as currently share issued is 89mil & conversion price is RM 0.50.But after new share issue,total share become (89m+268m),but conversion price still remain unchanged.Based on my calculation,the conversion price should be reduce to 89/357x0.50=Rm 0.125.

Raider insider source is true.Yersterday there was off market deal 1.58m@0.75(0.12%).This must be from minority shareholders.

At first I also hope headcount votes can base on show of hand.But Proxy votes (72+154) were not done by show of hand.So they still need to count on computerise basis.

As at 28/10,based on CDs,1028 head are eligible to vote.Refer to stockraider,Mtd buying minority shareholders 50k but not above 50k,then you know they are lack of headcount. In order to reduce the people come to vote no in the adjourned egm,they need to push up the reach for them to sell.After sold,they will not come to vote anymore.This will reduce the headcount on no vote.

Now less than 4% retailer is king marker.They will determine the fate of the QA.Can forseen reach will fly next week.

MTD & gang are buying minority shareholders of reach 50k units or less at Rm 0.755.

If this is true,this means they have not enough vote for headcount

1028-72-154=802.Those who haven't voted is 802nos.The remaining % required to vote yes is 699/802=87.16%.If only another 500 person submit their proxy or attent adjourned egm,then 500 x87.16%=436 person need to vote yes.And more than 500-436=64 will fail the QA.I guess they have to buy up th shares above 0.76 to avoid this happen

Only 1028 no of shareholders can vote.1028 x 75%=771.After minus 72 nos vote has been received is 669.They need another 669 nos of shareholders to vote yes in the adjourned egm to pass the QA.If more than 103 nos vote no,then the QA will be failed.

Nanyang mentioned there is off market transaction for 50mil shares on egm day.

Probably this was a trick.Purposely ask people to vote no make others think QA will fail.So they can buy the shares cheaper.
