From 26/10:/16 to 4/11/16,the total transaction in market is 31.5mil(3%),As there is No yield investor buying.I assume 80% vote yes ,3% x80%=2.4%.Based on acadi analysis,shortfall is 6.103%-2.4%=3.7%.If they able to buy 5% in/off market,which is 50 mil.There is chances of QA pass through

Acadi,thanks for your analysis.19.09mil @0.76 was published in the yersterday newspaper.I think it will be anounce in bursa soon.Just like 118mil off market transaction,newspaper anounce on 21/10/16,but bursa anounce on 25/10/16.

Only 4 person raise hand against the voting to be postponed.Most of the shareholders want the voting to be postponed.This means they all want QA to be passed through.

Yersterday reach management staff told me Tabung Haji vote yes.Obviously she was lying.Vote yes 56 mil but Tabung Haji have 102 mi.102 mil must be from 208mil.If reach related party can purchase from Tabung Haji and allow all the shareholders vote yes eligible for private placement. I think QA still have chance to go through.

I should work out on yes side which is 50% & 75%,some of share holders never attent the egm & never submit proxy form

(72+154+250)x50%=238person

238-154=84 person

If another 84 person vote no,the QA also fail

Total eligible to vote ~1278mil x 80%=1022mil
So far they have received ~72person@56mil vote yes & 154person@208mil vote no
Vote haven't received is 1022mil-56mil-208mil=758mil

To fail the QA,they need 1022mil x25%=256mil
256mil-208mil=48mil

They need 48mil out of 758mil to kill the QA

Since 26/10/16 until todate,the volume transaction is 1.7% of total share issued.Hopefully management still need certain % to reduce the shareholders come to vote no.Tomorrow they may have to purchase up to 0.80.

Major shareholders vote no has submitted their proxy form.Yield shareholder waiting for egm to vote no to get back 0.76.Not many shares selling up to 0.74.I wonder why so difficult to push up to 0.74

Only those people don't hold any shares in hand will urge people to vote against the QA.People who vote no also hope others to vote yes so the QA pass,then they can get back their cash within two months..If QA fail,the fate for who vote yes or no will be the same.They need to sell their shares in the market or wait for the 2nd QA.

Even though they buy all the share up to 0.76,they still need to purchase from Pag & cs.They need to spend more money to buy another 17.2% stake.Pag won't sell them certain % of their shares.

If MTD don't buy from PAG & CS,the QA will definitely fail.PAG & CS only need 20% to make the QA fail(20%/80%=25%).Before 20/10/16,PAG hold 118mil(9.2%) & CS hold 108mil(8%) which equal to 17.2%(pls read the above Chinese article).This is the reason why they bought at 0.76 not 0.71 in the market.Not enough share in the market.20% which belong to management are not allow to vote.
