This quarter earn 8ct,if continuus earn 8ct per quarter,then 8quarter will earn 64ct.This mean your capital will become 100% in two years time.Invest 64ct,after two you will earn 64ct.It's unbelievable.

Last date for exercise the warrant A is 25/10,probably need to clear exercised warrant,some of them cost is less them 0.60.This is reason why the price drop to 0.62.

After acquisition of MITCE by MGB,LBS & Datuk Lim Lit Chit sold approximately 60mil@0.67 MGB shares to institutions.After that,MD disposed his own shares 4.7mil@1.63 via on/off market & Datuk Lim Lit Chit disposed 10mil@1.63 via off market in early Jan 2018.

LBS purchased approximately 6.5mil@0.815-1.30 this two months recently which believe mostly disposed by institutions.MD also purchase 0.4mil shares from market.Institutions able to sell & LBS able to buy at this price because their cost is 0.67 & below 0.20 respectively.

I believe the selling pressure haven't end yet as LBS rushed to issue Letter of intent (175mil) instead of Letter of Award to support the shares price.In addition,MD hasn't bought back his owm stake which he has sold at 4.7mil@1.63(only buy back 0.4mil)

Datuk Lim Lit Chit is MD's cousin brother and he is believe to be proxy of MD.Those who purchased at 1.63 & some of investors who purchased at 0.67 is alliance to LBS.

The actual cost for 447mil shares is less than 0.20.MD' s elders son Lim Kim Hoe not even hold a single share.He is ED for this company.Even they sell their 50% of their shares at average price of 0.67,they still can earn more than 100mil.The faster you sell your shares,the more money will be saved.Their alliance will help them sell the shares,so you won't see any director dispose their shares in bursa.

Wendy Yap,I think you are confused with entitlement date.The company will base on the name list appear in cds account on 4/4(entltlement date)(trading day +3) to pay the dividend.So even you sell on 2/4,your name still there.

After disposed BCM,NTA has been reduced from 0.95 to 0.70.Current cash in hand is 109m.Dividend 63m will be deducted once paid.Their short & long term loan is 10m.So net cash will be 109m-63m-10m=36m,which is equivalent to 0.26 per share.
Tomorrow the price will be revised to 0.29.Which mean the business worth 0.03.I don't have any shares now but good luck to those who still hold it.As long as you hold until 30/4,then your name will appear on T+3.So you are still entitled for dividend even you sell tomorrow

Recently conversion price for LBS wb has been revised from 1.25 to 0.56.LBS wb current price is 0.40.If based on old conversion price LBS wb should be 0.40x1.25/0.56=0.89.I bought LBS wb at 0.27 on 8/3/16.In fact,the price has already increase 230% from that time.

If you sell on ex-date 2/4,you are entitled for dividend.The price will be revised on 2/4.

After spent 2.8mil purchased the company,the target price increase from 1.82 to 2.05,this means the market capital will be increased another 492milx0.23=113mil.I really don't know how they analysis.Anyway as they controlled most of the shares,I think they will push up to 2.05.
