If based on last quarter result,at current price 5.66,Topglove's PE is 32;If supermx PE is 32,then the market price shall be 2.42.

Look like today will go up above 1.80

If base on last quarter result,current PE for 1.66 is 22,it won't drop below 1.60,people will continuous buying to support.

Share buy back means nobody want to buy the shares,the company need to use their company cash to buy back the shares in order to support the shares price,but the shares price still drop to 0.46 even non stop shares buy back.Recently they just sold their Dragon hill shares in Hongkong in in a lost reflect they really short of money.

If total rcps is 600mil shares,say average market price for 3days is 0.02,then total rcps to be converted is 600mil x 0.1/0.02=3 billion shares

If average market price is 0.10,then total rcps to be converted is
600mil x 0.10/0.10=600mil shares

Then if the market price is as low as 0.02,then additional shares converted is as many as 3billion shares,then if the market price is as high as 0.10,then additional shares converted is as few as 600mil shares

I should replace few instead of lower,maybe you confuse with this

The conversion price is based on 80% of average price for 3 consecutive days in 45 days preceding conversion date.The subcriber can choose these three days as selected days during the 45 days business days.For example the lowest price for 3 days is 0.02,0.02,0.025,then 80% x (0.02+0.02+0.025)/3=0.0173.

In this case they have converted 10,000,000@0.10 rcps=Rm1 million

Then the no of eduspec shares after conversion shall be

Rm 1 mil/Rm 0.0173
=57,803,468 shares

If average price is 0.02,then become 50,000shares

Additional 3 bil shares is based 0.02,the higher the price,the lower the additional shares,vice versal
