@77huat, the basic JV structure between TRX n CREC-IWH CONSORTIUM still stand at 40% : 60% , the changes of 50% : 50% is only meant for profit sharing WHEN CREC-IWH CONSORTIUM sell land in BM WITHOUT any development / construction on the land disposed . Other than this , CREC-IWH CONSORTIUM is still the Master Developer .
