Foxconn is buying (rumored) a share of DNex, not Silterra. Cgp bought a share of Silterra, not Dnex. Cgp has no say in Dnex’s business decisions, which involves more than Silterra. Stop getting convoluted with the issue.

There is no need for dnex to comment on a rumor unless it involves UMA.
