Is earn 2million, not lose 200 million. As I analyse, low operating cost. Even lose also a bit, but still earn in lowest price of crude oil, usd26, but now is above usd 40. Pity for those who still nt confident to this stock, sold at 11 sen with 100million trasaction volumn. Tmr grab back with higher price. 14sen is still cheap if u really know this stock. Tp is 16sen. Haha...

This price is really undervalued. U know and people know it. The crude price is usd50 now. Even Canada returns production, predict still above usd40. Saudi has achieved production limit. It needs new investment and some time to maximize. Suma has low cost in production. As director said the cost is below usd25. And we can see it through the quarter report. Hence, the loss is very small in eps during the month of worst crude price.
Suma has low cash flow before loan. Getting 500million ringgit liability means that it get 500million cash also. Problem is only the yearly interest only. Suma make new drilling to produce more output in 2018. At 2018, things has changed. Crude oil at price of 50usd can make profit, director said. I m mid and long term investor. If anyone wish to get profit in short term, please leave it. The action will spoil market. It is just my opinion, pls forgive me if make mistake. ^^

Don't forget somebody bought the monther share and 50% of warrant. It cost about 10million. Something will happens within one year. Csl simply give some cents can make price double up. However, the risk is still. Think twice before decision made. HahA...

And the wit crude price is usd 49.20 now. I'm very curious why suma price is lower same as price of usd26. Afraid of Q1 result? It is a pass tense, crude price is 49usd now. Lol

Production freeze*

Privation freeze need more tolerant and then make money. Better big shale oil driller also freeze production (I know it is crazy idea ) but it is a logic way. If not, same phenomenon will occur after price raise one day. Plus, Saudi bank also face cash flow problem.

If invited, production freeze will be issued but miracle maybe occurred, there is production limit will be set by country include Saudi n Iran. Jut opinion.

opec wont discuss freezing yet since iran still nt satisfied with its export output & saudi still make more pruduction. Still need 3 months and more. But it is good condition which crude oil in price of 40 to 50usd recently to challenge shale oil.
