HublinePoor has huge debt in high risk, big amount shares, loss profiT . Poor performance. But wintoni has almost zero debt, low cost expenses, low share amount, juz problem.is asset write off. Additional share can easy solve problem.

I don't think opening at 4 sen since it drops 33% compared with 6 cents. High volume bought at 5 to 8 cent. They won't heavy sell like that. The price of 6 cents has reflected when bursa suspended it. i dont think shark interest in lower price because low profit unless they can fried price to 10 sen above... Don't u think new management has much interest be major shareholder but not shark?


As we know, only 0.09sen in negative assets. I read through the report and I realized previous company spent rm30million on purchase equipment, property or else. I don't why having this big spending in this stuff while ignore company structure. However, I predict will decrease share amount n plan additional shares for regularisation. Wintoni has higher price then.

No par value reduction. Company will decrease the share amount first to make the share price up and then make additional shares for regulation of company. At that moment, I predict management of shareholders will buy more shares to be major shareholder. Company will leave pn17/gn13 soon.
New management is able to handle the company since it is only big loss in sth called administrative cost. Surely have some worker sack and legal action to certain people. The cost can cut down. I m quite confident to new management. 6 cents is very low, I think majority won't sell the shares on Monday but will ppl buy call a bit at that price since resumption is a good news rather than delisted. This company have better future. Just opinion.

Delist is much worst compare with pn17/Gn3. 6 cents has already very low price. Won't have much drastic throw in Monday but have high trading at price of 6 to 7 cents or above.

Previous management has some matter. That's why new party disobey and be new management. They are major shareholder also. Will have scheme towards high expenditure in administrative cost and those unknown expenditure. Delist is the worst expectation, hence this share price can be 6 cent to 9 cent.

Skyz, u are right. If delisted, company have to make decision to continue bussiness or close. If close, have to clear all the debt by cash and selling items. After all, the rest of money belongs to shareholders. The Nta will dicrease since selling items n property in lower price, perhaps.
