actually i also dont have any idea about the reason audit firm not to verify it. New management can show what they have in the qtr result. if something wrong, all is old management's fault, can charge them. Negative profit also doesnt big matter, i think.

then sure have a big sum of loan if it is real.

urther to the Company’s announcements made on 25 November 2015 and 17 December 2015 respectively.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the outstanding Third Quarter Results will not be ready for submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) by 31 January 2016. This is due to the fact that the independent third party audit firm appointed on 27 November 2015 had terminated their engagement. The Company is in the process of identifying other independent third party audit firms to provide the opinion on the Third Quarter Results.

The Company is expecting to submit its Third Quarter Results on or before 29 February 2016.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.

The trading in Wintoni’s shares has been suspended since 8 December 2015 pursuant to Rule 9.28(5) of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad until further notice.

This announcement is dated 29 January 2016.
