Furniture stock with good dividend pay out and EPS grow every qtr expected will attract more "admire".
Will average PE for furniture stock raise to range of 15~20??? I think yes!

On 24th 3 of them converted 3X15.7mil warrant to mother.
thats y i said left 100mil warrant in the market based on the calculation on every announcement.

I assume people are greedy, they already cash out to convert warrant means they believe Unisem future value is more than now, else they wont purposely sell their own share for cash.
Maybe they will push down the warrant price to collect more before pushing up the price after qtr report released??? Sound logical right?? but all just assumption only..haha

Anyway, RM2.29 is the strong support.

The next 2 qtr will be the strongest profit period for Pohuat, especially in office furniture, US folks like to shift their company during these period, including my company's headquarter in US

Previous year, all property counter having average PE of 10 & furniture is around PE6 or lesser.
In these 2 years it totally in opposite situation, furniture average PE10 while property counter are PE6 or lesser...

Kak Rosmah, ya, I bought Latitude at RM2.3 and sold all at RM3.6 when eps drop a lot last year 4th qtr. @#$%#^

After that I shifted to Liihen, I think is enuf for me to have pohuat, Liihen + Sign for the rest of this year.

Yesterday sold partial at 2.16, today bought back at 2.06 to lower down my average price.
I just wondering whether Signature kitchen or Pohuat can get better return by end of this year.

I sent email to their investor relation dept ask when is going to release the next qtr report, they reply me need to prove i am investor and after that no response at all....
