For East Malaysia side, GPS will have 25-28 seats and GRS 15 seats up and down. (and take note PN and BN not substantially contest in Sarawak while PH yes)

The most logic and highly viable possibility combination is
BN (60) + PN (25) + GPS (25) + GRS (15) = 125

This coming saturday going to vote already. Politically EDEN worth to place some bet, haha.

Although PN is still with chance, but is nothing to do with Weak EDEN management.

PN key is whether can get 25-30 seats, this is super important.

Based on the analysis, PAS during triangle competition last round also have base of about 20. And take into latest consideration during Melaka and Johor, you can see PAS votes without Bersatu (PN) 2018 vs PAS+Bersatu 2022, the base votes from 10-15% increase by another 10%-15% general votes.

So for this coming election, what determine PN successful to be part of the gov will be heavily relied on how many seats PH can beat BN. Lesser BN win, then more PN is needed.

Personally I think PN will be benefited at current unstable political landscape.

BN now super negative image until Malay also take a step back to observe.
PH is not that weak than people expected, if those working group come back to vote which is likely, then their result can be good too. 60-70 seats
PN shared the PAS bases then further add in their race element - base should be at about 20-30 seats

Peninsular - 166 seats
Sarawak - 31 seats (GPS can win 25-28 seats)
Sabah - 25 seats (GRS can win 15 seats vs Warisan 10 seats)

If PH win 70 seats, PN 30 seats, then BN can have 66 seats + GPS 28 seats + GRS 15 seats = 109 seats (still cannot form a government.
If PH win 70 seats, PN 25 seats, then BN can have 71 seats + GPS 28 seats + GRS 15 seats = 112 seats (only can form very thin majority government)

personally i feel EDEN management really should propose dividend for their shareholders especially for those holding long enough.

Luckily i exit at the right timing.

I think based on latest development, not whether want to sell, is whether got people want to buy.

controlling shareholders only control 20% shares of the Company, if they are so bad in management, not sure whether able to kumpul all minority shareholders to combinely take over the Company or not.

Hi guys, compulsory acquisition we done tracking. Now when you want buy when you want to sell, sendiri pandai pandai already. Hard to estimate.

We done first step and fundamentally the Group in turnaround position already. Next is depends on luck and fate already whether they will goreng.

If Eden further appeal to justify their commercial lost due to development of KPC, then they can get further compensation. which possible will be higher, can refer to DBHD approach for same ECRL project in Kuantan Kotasas.

And another point to highlight, if you follow long enough their annual report, you will see there is an amount owing by holding company, this amount is owing by Zil Enterprise to Eden, if not mistaken should be 50-60m in historical cost. And currently Zil assigned the proceed from disposal of lands to Eden, and this round Zil Enterprise also kena about RM40m.

So to recap, EDEN group not only receive RM76m, but also another RM40m+ too for first round.

Fronting highway one still available with rectangular side which direct connect to KPC passenger station (front). Then behind another land kena a bit only, that one connect to freight station portion (back).
