John Rambo, as what i mentioned Section 8 gazette is to confirm the acres of land to be acquired, in fact is confirm d. Not like earlier on is Section 4, that's possible land to be acquire to be gazette in order to allow for further survey.
I personally also bought the e-gazette as mentioned by Madiba, same as what he shared to me.

For timing wise of collection of compensation, i roughly do a calculation of timing
Fastest September 2022 (4 months from Gazette Section 8)
Slowest May 2023 (12 months from Gazette Section 8)
This is the major uncertainty (timing) at the moment. For land compulsory acquisition, sure confirmed will take one.

if move to 0.20 more selling pressure by retailers. I think many small investors get caught at that level before based on the last 2 pump and dump scheme. Maybe this is what major shareholders want, then they can collect back at 0.20 while NTA of the Company is 0.70-0.80 while if included the revaluation will be 1.00-1.20。

Ikang in fact if you follow the AGM, current chairman daughter, also current managing director, Datin Fara Nadia is not bad and they have their strategic shareholder Dato Alex Wee who is also developer and corporate man. In fact can see they are progressing quite positively.

lets assumed 120m cashflow come in, then the Group will turn from Net Current Liabilities to Net Current Assets, remove the doubts of going concern and potential PN17 issues. Studied the share price previously, then the share price should be go back to 30-35 cents at least.
