Operating a business without a valid license from DBKK is defiantly illegal. That's why the directors of this junk stock will suffer. Unless they kick out all the notorious illegal business, the share will never go beyond 15 cents

The main reason for the poor price is that the Co. Directors allowed illegal business(Services Apartment/airbnb ETC) at The Loft Condo(above Imago). This is downright cheating the PURCHASERS. High security issues & without Bomba's approval/standard. To make matters worse, even DBKK do not care

tksw: I honestly think that only by early to mid 2016 then we can see real positive share movement. But I'm a long term player. I totally agree with your comment "need few quarter results to prove its cash generating ability". I also think that ASIAPAC is undervalue by 15-20% due to the great potential of Imago Mall i.e. as NEW CBT with neighbouring Riverson(Gleneagles Hospital), KK Times Square, Sutera Avenue, Oceanus Waterfront Mall, Sutera Harbour Resort & Wawasan Bus Terminal. Not forgetting the high end apartment just above Imago, The Loft with 631 units in total!

The word is out that 28th March is the soft opening, with many business gonna open on day 1. Everrise Supermarket, Mcat Box Office (MBO) Cinemas, Victoria’s Secret, Parkson & many more. So that's why I believe ASIAPAC moving up now.
