I have a finding to share.
Prior to 2008 financial crisis, USD did weaken considerably.
Now, USD is also weakening. Maybe US realizes it so before crisis happens, they try to strengthen it now. So I think this pull back is indeed healthy. Good luck to market and Netx.

Strong US Jobs report --> Expect Fed will raise interest rate --> Fear will hurt companies profit --> Spark major stock sell-off --> Nothing materializes yet --> Conclusion is a panic sell.

I'm very sure very soon the sell-off will end when the probable interest rate hike effect has priced in. Will it lead to a big recession? At least I'm sure it is not another 97/08 crash. :)

To be honest the only defensive line for us is the coming QR.

Operator is forced to follow the market trend thus breaking the 0.04 support.
For us, we just need to wait the market stabilizes.

By logic, if interest rate rises, stocks must pull back because of the temporary stunted economy growth. Unless your stocks can generate ever increasing earnings in the next few quarters then ii is different story.

Though the interest rate raise will stunt the economy growth a bit thus the market must pull back a bit until a certain level. A little pull back to prevent a big crash is definitely worth it.

Actually it is a good thing for US to raise interest rate. Looking at the bad loans from banks have risen significantly, it is time to tighten lending to prevent another 2008 financial crisis due to banks' failure to collect back money.

Before every goreng stage, operator must make sure all Contras already cleared out.
So firstly must understand the psychology of Contras. Contra Zai have a weak heart and zero patience.
To force them out, operator can either :
a) Press down the price to frighten them or
b) Hold them out for 1 or 2 weeks to break them down mentally

Finally, just before the goreng phase, the stock will usually trade with zero volumes as if it is discarded by everyone. Then surprise~~~!!!!

Confirm today(T) + 3 wont goreng.
