Everyone knows Petronas not as rich as when the oil is $100 per barrel. I’m not saying Petronas is god. Even though they are not as rich, you think they occupied klcc with low grade rental?

For the epf, they might be trading. But how much will it be at klcc? And the price they purchase klcc from Petronas is RM7.12. You think they will sell all the way down to 6.5 or 6? Short sell klcc? If want trading better choose higher liquidity shares lo such as CIMB, topglove, supermax.

Even now Petronas still holds around 67% of klcc. That’s after selling 154million shares. Still major shareholder. I personally don’t see it as a problem as we need to constantly review our portfolio. Even they sell 10% more of klcc, they’re still the major shareholder. Why stuck so much money at one place?

For me, I won’t hold klcc till kiamat. I’ll take profit as well. Just that the risk of business in klcc is much lower and at this price there’s lower downside. Their hotel and mall segment will be affected but not their office segment which makes up bulk of their revenue.

Correct. Last year UnkleLim bought ataims at 1.5, but suddenly lockdown. It went to lowest around 80cents if not mistaken. Almost 50% lost.

UnkleLim mange to lower down average price to 1.2 and sold at 2.3 when it rebound last year. Almost 100% return.

So it’s good to not just cut lost and jump here jump there. Wait patiently and lower down at suitable price will be the best strategy.
