EPF main income is from equity and below was Bursa total volume (RM) for the past 2 years:

2015 1H = 243bil
2015 2H = 246bil
TTL 489bil
EPF dividend = 6.2%

2016 1H = 235bil
2016 2H = 211bil

( the % drop in vol and dividend is almost the same rate)

If market expect EPF will pay same dividend as per 2016 for 2017,

Based on 3rd party simulation, if they can get EPS at 8sen in FY18, then with PE=20, share price chould hit RM1.60.

The other way to check any increase of line is thru depreciation on Q-Q basis.

Comfort cash is depleting due to increase in receivable which is good sigh to the company as rev increase at the same amount as well. So will reserve the cash in FY18 for expansion.

Look at Karex latest Q result. Profit down...

Compare Q-Q, rev increase from 72.7m to 93.7m = 29%. And you can see that no big increase in prop, plant & equipment. That means the increased in rev is not coz by increase of new additional line, but might be due to getting new customers.

As mentioned in last Q, it planned to set-up 8 new lines in FY18.
Upon completion the 8 lines by stages, FY18 rev can achieve 430mil.

Note: Careplus Q-Q rev up 25% as well.

Mr. Cheang Phoy Ken, with vast experience in glove mfg, should not be a problem for him to increase the net profit margin from 10% to 15% level.

TopGlove result is a bit disappointed. Suspect some of TopGlove customers have switched a small portion of their order to 2nd Tier glove suppliers like Comfort & Careplus which will be good for Comfort.

Small company tend to be more flexible compare to big company.
And also smart customers try to avoid unforeseen incident by not putting most of thier order in 1 basket.

I for 1 bonus issue will dilute 50% of EPS if there is no growth in the next profit.
A good company with good management team normally will try to reduce the impact of the dilution by ensure net profit in the coming quarters will improve significantly.

Since Comfort is just fully recover from the fire incident and starting to invest more lines in new FY18, so this year should be the right time for BI.

Take JHM as example, Price started move in Feb from RM1.70.
They announced Bonus issue in 6-Apr'17.
Ex-date is 15-Jun'17 and their price after 1 for 1 bonus issue is RM2.50.

Normally when a company plan for BI, they need financial institution to arrange for it and it normally take at lease 1 month to prepare paper work before announcement...

So it wouldn't be surprise if Comfort price start moving uptrend before any BI announcement...

If I am fund manager, I would said its only worth RM0.59 coz I want people to sell so that I can buy cheap. When QR show good and I will upgrade the price coz I want poople to buy so that I can sell....

Then only this way they can make money...

Those companies with huge share premium account start declaring bonus issue like yesterday was Sunway.

For Comfort, if they go for BI, min is 1 for 1.
With the good growing prospect, the share price can be double up.
