FY2017 AR (Cap WIP) = RM6mil.

In FY2018, total Capex=RM35m
FY2018 AR (Cap WIP) = RM18m
Note: Invest 35m and at the end 18m still WIP (only completed 17m and this 17m should be for the 3 newly completed lines as mentioned in their AR)

FQ1FY2019=invested 14m. So total which will be completed in FY19 = 32m (18+14)

Average cost per line (depend on line cap) = 4.5mil. estimated can add 7 lines in FY2019 = 0.7bil cap.

4.3b (current cap) + 0.7b (new cap) = 5b. With this 5bil, Rev can hit RM500mil per yr.
NP=9%=45mil.
EPS=8sen
If PE=13, then share px=1.04.

Based on 80sen share px, upside is 30% by year end.

Western businessmen very particular on their suppliers or customers involve in legal case especially related to patent issue and board tussle. Few of them might switch some of their order to others.

In case of TG, if 5% of their FY2017 revenue (RM170mil) move to other big glove companies and it will coz these other companies will facing 'happy problem' that related to capacity constrain as most of them are running at full cap.

[b] What is their current capacity 4.3bil??
[c] What will be their additional new capacity in FY19?
[d] Also their capacity roadmap for the next 5 yrs.
[e] % revenue of their export to China.

They never share much capacity information to avoid been closely monitor by their competitors.
(this is smart move). Top Glove capacity is 50bil and its 10% of cap already can make CG koyak.

Note:
Capacity and China market will be key growth for any glove company.

For those quality issue at destination countries, the solving time is normally less than a month coz 1st few lots of samples can be shipped by AIR to so call authority department and followed by normal SEA shipment to reconfirm the sampling result from mass production output.

AIR shipment lead time included custom clearance and travelling time (all in) should be less than 4 working days.

I dont think they will make any announcement after problem solved coz in mfg ind, lossing customers are not require to make any announcement.

So they will surprise the market when new QR report out in May and ......

This issue should be pop up somewhere in mid Feb and FDA took few lots of samples to retest it and to issue alert list on 15/Mar.

CG release QR in 29-Mar with 1sen dividend shown that this case dont have any impact to their cash flow and it can be solved easily....

It is just a small issue only some parties try to blow it up to take advantage of the dropping share px for future benefit.

Today the edge reported that some analysis put CG as same level with TG & Harta. That means CG is in Class A. So when CG got issue, will order go to TG or Harta and vice-versa??
