Before MCO started, the choices available to the gamble kaki out there are casino + betting station.
So many years they have been brainwash with this type of "short-cut" revenue but the winning chances is less than 5% and they always have a good ambitious of not giving out and this made Genting + Toto... made tonnes of money.

With MCO started until now, they accidentally found another method to gain "short-cut" revenue by doing online share trading. The good things of this are:
a) you wont lose all....
What I mean if u bought TopGlove at RM13, the lowest it will drop is to RM5.
b) The wining chances are high.....hopefully..


Hope they will addicted to online share trading activity which is good for Bursa biz.

Bursa 2020 Forecast QR Result:

CQ1 = 8 sen (actual)
CQ2 = 12 sen
CQ3 = 11 sen
CQ4 = 8 sen
TTL = 39 sen
Assume total div=35 sen.

If PE = 30. Price will be RM11.70.
High PE due to good div yield compare to FD rate.
So div yield = 3%.

Glove demand is good and some said 1 yr waiting list.
Before Covid, Msia gloves companies were running at almost 75% - 80% cap.
With the sudden surge in demand, they only can hv additional 25% cap to support.

So how much % increase of NP can be generated from the additional 25% upside + strong US$.....with current capacity....

On top of their current expansion plan which they worked-up before covid, need at least 9 months for any new capacity expansion plan to be commence..

And also 1 very important issue:
Raw Material for glove, good demand will push up raw material cost and......
Just like what happened to raw material for masks.

KLSE value & volume always at the low side in Dec due to closing financial report by fund managers + year end holidays. Jan2020 foresee strong volume and value before CNY and hopefully my small bet on the following stock can give me 10%-15% ROI for my duit ang pou.

Just look at Velesto, QR out yesterday with perfect result but share px juz up a bit coz current mkt px has reflected the good result....

Current mkt px already reflect all glove counters result for CQ4.
So there is no panic sell.

It is very funny to release the not so good result 1 day before AGM juz to let shareholders to screw the management??

Suspect price will recover back before noon time today...

During PP to any new potential investors, financial forecast projection normal spread for 3-5yrs which means new investors are looking beyond 2020 company performance.

PP at 60sen which is at current mkt price instead of 55-56sen logically not fare to the new investors but bear in mind that they are NOT STUPID.

The new investors are looking forward to annual ROI of 7-10%.

My humble short posting on 17-Oct-2019 abt my view and my bet on Velesto (Px still around 0.32 at that time and wa was 0.125).

One IB has gave px upside re-rating on this company and before re-rating, big funds pushing up the px w big vol. Now is cooling down at px around 0.40 w wa 0.15.

TQ to the big fund and I managed to make just only 20% (compare px up more 30%) w holding period less than 3 months.

Now I wait for another counter - 有目标的等待也是一种投资。

Recent Investment Bank rerating upward on MISC based on few new contracts + future business opportunity. Re-rating was done in early Sep and share px increse from RM7.00 to RM8++ (abt 15% up).
But I missed this opportunity.


[MID Cap]
Another Re-rating might happen on Velesto due to recent contacts won and foresee fully utilisation of jig. This is mid-cap and foreign investors might not interested on this company.
Px already up 20% since early 2019 and if CQ3 QR (release in Nov'19) is positive again, the chances of flying another 10% will be there.
Now I try my luck here.

Bahvest is considered small cap and need few qtrs of good result to support the px to fly coz big funds normally not interested on this type of counters.

If include of inflation on business activity at 5% per annum, it will become US$58mil in the end of 2019 (assuming this business is making profit....)

Now hv 2,600 tower = US$75.4mil @RM4.15=RM313mil.
Per share val = RM0.38???

OCK bought Seath at US$50mil w 1980 towers.
1 tower = US$25,250.

Now Seath own 2600 towers.
So total can reach US$65mil @4.15 = RM269.75mil ( per share = RM0.31)

OCK bought 60% of SEATH at US$50mil w forex RM4.07 range = RM203.5m

If new buyer targetiing Seath, it might fetch US$60mil w forex RM4.15 range = RM249m (RM0.28/share)....
