I think you need to understand the concept of tank terminals. basically it is just like a port btw asia & Europe/middle east. they charge when Barge come in import export loading and unloading oil product. even barge park at their berth also dialog/vopak can charge. oil can be clean petroleum or dirty petroleum or LNG , everything can be stored in their tank.

this kind of business where to find. why so worry?

Do not worry too much about Dialog. Pengerang/Rapid terminal will be a 10 years project. it will be like a fixed deposit for dialog or us.
Be Patient, There will be some good news going to announce for upstream and other EPCC project. TP 4.0-4.5 in year 2014 is reasonable.

i think it can be easily hit 3.5 after the Dialog pengerang terminal start operation on Feb 2014

hopeflly dialog can break 3.2 within this week by the first oil in balai cluster.
