Loonginv, still... open walkway will only develope JB sg... concentration developement is good but don't forget about distributive developement. Too much concentration in JB will back fire. Causing urban problem. You must have a distributive strategy to make segamat kluang area more attractive and profitable enough for the people to move there. You don't want JB tk become too crowded.

Gemas jb double track is more contribute towards the trade developement of he upper johor. We have over developement at the southern side. Need to develope up to segamat.
