However, in real life, 1 company strength is either in upstream or downstream. You can see from Dayang's contract it's at least 90% upstream. I have yet to see a company can dominate upstream and downstream or multi disciplines. Not to say different industries. Even Elon Mask take years to make money for Tesla but SD can venture into IT, Construction, Space etc and instantly make money.
My conclusion: Either Karim is a con or he is gonna be the richest man in the world since everything he does he can make money. You know anyone else can do that?

Dayang is a well managed company and congratulations on your purchase. However, it really depends on what price. I personally don't think you would see Dayang profit recovery till 2022
Btw, Dayang, Sapura they all are in upstream business per your definition. LC Titan and Pchem are downstream. If you haven't got that right, then you don't really know O&G business even though you hold many O&G counters. At best, you are guessing a recovery in those counters.

Market forces will decide JAKS share price. Assuming the Vietnam PP profit is real at RM160m per annum. The risk to the down side is limited at current price. I noticed the short seller has ceased short selling below 0.55? I have yet to check latest. Up side, depends on market forces.

1. I believe EPF, PNB, KWSP only gonna sell and not buy before the audit issues resolved.
2. Banks unlikely to extend more financing.
3. Fund source for 2022 bond redemption? SD is cash flow negative. Who would buy new bond at this juncture? Assuming audit issue resolved, in time for redemption?
4. SD is cash flow negative. Can they sustain their day to day operations with existing cash?
