The only option is to buy whatever offer for sale in the market to damage control.

My first target $15.00 Is just within days.

No magic ,the fundamentals will value it's real worthy price.
PE 6-7 at $21.00 Is not that demanding, afterall.

My 10th round going into Hengyuan (7th )and CA(3rd )since Jun this year from 5.15 to 10.60
And CD is my first round at 0.70 which I think has the lowest premium and expired in 22March18 after year -end result in end Feb 18 .
Needless to say Hengyuan shall the darling stock of 2017 and 2018 .
