i've done sufficient research and i personally know the company secretary there. they said their CEO has huge stake in NG now, looking very aggressive in acquiring the shares of Nextgram during the past few weeks as if something big is brewing, which is why im so confident in this company and not selling at 0.165 2 days ago. I want to hold this long-term until i can see the last card, like in a poker game. More corporate exercise could be coming and i dont want to divulge much.

to those bunch of weird ppl here giving negative comments out of no reason (somehow admitting themselves as noble people trying to help us not to lose so much money), I have no other reason than to feel, they are eagar to get in at cheaper price, just like this morning, the price plunged to 0.12 out of panic and quickly recovered to 0.145 at one point of time.

if this company really falls again, its a good opportunity to buy, at the same time weed out traders/contra players that cant help much to stabilise the price.

This company is sensational at just 0.18 with so much more room to grow. Fundamentals are also intact, with an attractive price. Worth topping up capital in this counter.

Its a good thing, this counter is taking some rests. Can't be moving up forever. Its good to clear off a big bulk of holders and re-invite new batch buyers to move the price up again. This is technical analysis.

Notice Iris too, had a few moments of distribution to scale higher. Iris stopped moving a few days after it surged. Going upwards too much too quickly is a sign of danger and it may just fall back as quickly, like KNM. The more steady it goes, the more comfortable I am holding this counter.

The Q4 results looks not bad actually. But overall for the full year, EAH did extremely well. Looking at the revenue, it did wonderful, doubling its revenue this year.

Just wait for the good news of things to happen.

Hi Monica, if u ask me TP, I'm assuming u're asking me long-term TP (until 31/12/2014) since I'm long on this one.

My 1 year TP is about 0.50 for Instacom. Very bright future company, with many catalysts to come this year. With 3 more quarters to prove it's worth, I think 0.5 can be achievable. Beyond 1 year, I can't really tell, haha.

Hopefully, everyone here can make money in this counter, and most importantly, don't do prematured selling, as this company is still young and has plenty of room for growth.

Don't u think something is brewing with this company lately? Firstly, they give us free warrants. Next, Sobri sold part of his stake to an interested party. Then comes news on Sobri searching for M&As. Sounds like there are interested party willing to come over 2 help bring this company to a whole new level.

Share price has been stabilizing and seems like there is a huge force behind trying hard to stop people from pushing up the price yet for some reason. And I believe its the very same person buying and dumping the stocks to maintain the price range. Since the company's fundamentals look good, I think its safe to invest in this counter with confidence and possibly to take advantage of potential corporate exercise in future.

speakup, impossible. Redtone's CEO and directors are planning to expand their businesses via Redtone branches and has committed so much on advertising Redtone. Now to change their branding to U-mobile is almost impossible.

I own Redtone shares, but I would prefer them to be on a path of organic growth.

Just don't get it why people like to stereotype lol. Do not trust tech stock? Do u trust Google and Microsoft? Redtone is not a tech stock btw, neither is Instacom.

I like this stock because its already bottoming out. No matter how crazy the market falls, it never falls below 0.25. So I can confidently invest a huge sum in this counter to wait for a solid rebound, and I'm willing to wait for that because I know I have a huge safety margin.

I will probably hold longer on this stock, as I'm actually long on this one. Would want to wait for more interesting news such as M&As, etc. It's lucky for me to be able to catch a growth potential company at such a low entry. Give it a few years, and see how it performs.

this company has more than 80 gov customers. think about it. just look at redtone and ghlsys, it was down 10% for quite awhile and its slowly creeping up again.

no point guessing what is the warrant price now. we will know about it soon enough. if we're long-term in this, we should be looking at the mother shares and ceo plans to expand this new company.

i think this company has a chance to make it big and later cross over to main-board. in fact we may know whether this is true or not in a couple of weeks time.

Probably given another 6 months to end of this year, we can see major change in the company business structure. Probably new data centre business, partial property development business and etc.

If that you guys are long-term in this (ignore all the noises and ups and downs along the way), you can probable achieve a good gain from today's price by end of this year.

Happened with huge accumulation of shares by CEO by selling stakes in other companies > News broke out abt M&A and bonus > Confirmation by NN in Bursa on M&A talks ongoing and possibility of bonus > NN changed its company name to Bursa.

Not to forget previously they intended to start a mixed development project in Cyberjaya.

Also the fact the CEO sold stakes in other companies to focus in NN shows a great deal of confidence and interests in him to bring this company to a whole new level.

firstly, its an investor relation strategy to maintain the share price around 0.2 to hold the price, before the bonus issue. this is because when the price moved up too fast, every1 will buy in and later dump the mother and the warrants for a quick profit. this will hurt the long-term investors who purchased the stock at a higher price and also crush any momentum for upward share movement when good results are released in Q4.

as to why d CEO is selling his shares via a married deal, don't u guys think it is a good thing? Why do i say that? just look at scomies, standard chartered sold off a large stake to tan sri quek and it actually boosted its share price. its a good thing the ceo sold some stake to company that is interested in EAH, while maintaining his majority stake in EAH.

in fact, its a good thing people dare not buy now due to such news, that we take this opportunity to buy more and wait for good news to be announced later. to me seems like something is brewing with this company, with some rumours on M&A and ceo selling his stake to a particular company.

Technical wise, if it breaks through 0.14 convincingly, it'll go one-ward direction all the way up. If there are additional news boosting this counter, it'll go even much higher probably higher than its NTA of 0.19. Since the CEO keeps on acquiring the shares since last month, I have a strong feeling something is brewing inside, either an M&A going to happen or something. Otherwise, the CEO won't be buying back so many shares suddenly.

Simply, just wait and see.

This counter has all its fundamentals in place. Just look at how many people love this counter earlier. It was some minor issue on the sell-off by directors that made everyone panic till now. Its a good time to take advantage of that and invest in this counter if you want to see explosive gains in underrated and under-researched counter.

Directors keep selling his shares. Its a good thing. Probably a new big player want to get involved in this company since its under Forbes Asia's 200 best below 1 billion company.

Usually shares will shoot up one or 2 days before bonus issue. If it does, u may sell it to gain a quick profit. If it doesn't, it'll be a good thing for long-term investors. Why? Because, u'll have higher room for increase when there is any material favourable announcement from EAH. Warrants will shoot much higher than mother usually and you're able to capture that advantage.

I personally feel I would hold this company on a longer term (looking at 0.40 TP) as this company has impressive financial fundamentals, good management (Sobri constantly looking for M&As), not overly priced premium, high current assets ratio, etc and most importantly good relationships with the government. There is no fundamental reason to deny this stock and therefore, I recommend holding and adding this stock if possible as the share price is still quite low, to take advantage of the high intrinsic value of this company.

This counter is the largest holding in my portfolio. I have researched this company in and out and going huge on this one.

This counter can easily scale higher than its previous high of 0.80. The PE is still considered very low and price is still attractive. And directors are actively buying back the stocks, personally and for the company. Now that its only beginning to rise, I think u potential investors can take advantage of the breakout.

Guys, do u know when I held this counter months ago, this forum is so slow and inactive. I was practically the only one posting messages here. Now that its going upwards with heavy momentum, it's nice to see more participants here haha
