Thank you Monica. Probably some sharks are scaring away loyal investors here. Remember this company was initially RHB's top 50 jewel companies, but was downgraded ONLY because Ngu sold his shares and all his warants.

This is purely illogical and I stay faithful with RHB's initial research report. I don't care what reason he sold them for, maybe buy a new house, buy a new car, but he remains committed in Instacom and I'm sure one day or another, good news from Instacom will come in, such as overseas jobs, new telco contracts, fibre optic contracts, main market listing, new shareholder, etc.

For a fundamentally strong company, I have no reason for me to sell now. I will not look at Instacom price quotations for this week until Friday closing. Trust me, this will really give u a peace of mind.

Difference between successful investors and common investors are that common investors can't think with logic. They are intidimated by wild quotations and cannot withstand the emotional waves.

If we look at this logically, after today's CMS announcement by right, OCK and Instacom should fall, as CMS is jumping in to share the pie. But OCK went up crazily instead, but Instacom drops further.

How this happened? Shouldn't both Instacom and OCK drop?

The answer to this is because OCK has people backing the company shares in light of such "bad" news but Instacom, there is none. Further, everyone is quite afraid to buy Instacom as Ngu keeps dumping his shares via married deal.

If you think logically, this company still has the potential, as it shares the projects with OCK and CMS.

No big deal, just some panic selling for no reason. This company is fundamentally intact, and i don't see why we should sell this company.

KingDavd - Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd has been mandated by Censof as the sole principal adviser, lead arranger, lead manager and facility agent in respect of the RCN.
“Proceeds from the issuance will be used to finance the general working capital requirements, investments and general corporate purposes of Censof and/or its subsidiaries, including future strategic acquisitions and/or repayment of any borrowings undertaken to fund such strategic acquisitions.
“The redeemable convertible CP/MTN programme has a programme life of three years from the date of its first issuance,” Kenanga Investment said in a statement last Friday.

They can choose not to use up fully the RM100m. Only if there are future acquisitions they might use it. Hope you get it.

TuaHuat, it's different now. They have a plan now, and its already public, that they will move into property development business soon, with estimated profits of RM70 million in Cyberjaya. They are also mulling for M&As of data centres which might has bright prospects in the future. The trick now is to whether one can wait for it to happen?

The timeline for this may be up to 2 years. If you can wait for 2 years, then its cool. But personally, I feel prices will reflect the potential of this company throughout the 2 years, meaning you can't get 0.13/share in 2 year's time.

Either grow with it or get out of it.

KingDavid, the special RCN you noticed in Bursa announcement is not relating to issuance of RCN. Those addional listing announcement relates to conversion of the RCNs as Bursa requires update of such events by the Company to track the latest latest number of ordinary shares.

On a seperate note, I have a very good feeling this company will shine in the 2H of the year onwards and will perform very strongly in 2015, followed by early 2016 when all government agencies started using OBB to standardize budgeting formats across all gov agencies and ministries.

3 years in a row Censof will have strong and confirmed catalysts and it's just a matter of time for it to happen. People are still standing by the lines due to herd instincts. When they don't see surge in the prices, they will not jump in to buy. That is how we differentiate big winners and common investors. People that will hit it big are those that has already bought this company at a reasonable price like now.

What I can share with everyone on how I do it is that, once I identified a good growth stock with moderate valuations, I buy in big. And if days or months pass on,with several good news out, and yet the price is still not moving as people overlook the stock, I will buy in more and accumulate over a period of time. Once I'm satisfied that my cost is sitting at a very strong support and attractive price, I will stop buying and just wait. This is the period of time where it is the most crucial period of all, where I call it the "Waiting stage". Emotions will run in and out like crazy, decisions are changing everyday and temptations are running wild over to "do something" rather than being trapped in the "Waiting stage".

This is the time where we really need to be disciplined, stick by our rules and don't be swayed by macroeconomic factors. As long as you still envision the bright future the company holds, never sell the stock, or else trust me, you will definitely REGRET. I think experienced investors been through this scenario and it wasn't pretty to make such a mistake when you know already know the company going to have a bright future.

I do not object trading, just that I've been through it and realized I would make more money if I invest in large quantities in fundamentally good stock with high growth potentials. However, the screening process must be very thorough, margin of safety must be available and most of all, possesses all the good qualities that I have in my checklist. EAH is one of the several rare ones, and in my portfolio that I believe possesses these qualities.

I generally look for cheap companies at a discount and it may take time to find it. EAH is trading at a discount now and I advise people to buy it with a peace of mind. This company is being strongly supported by its current price and the business generally possesses very little business risk from my perspective, unlike the aviation, manufacturing or commodity industries.

Hepitrade, I see good potential in this company, Sobri's relationship with the gov and the contracts it will potentially get.

If you initially bought this counter for purpose of trading, I think this is definitely not a suitable stock as this is one of those stocks that will lay stagnant for a couple of months and lack the "excitement" a trader desires.

I bought this company as its valuation is still cheap now and I'm willing to wait. I was quite delighted to hear the rights issues news initially as I can get in cheaper at 0.10 to double my shares, and I know people will be reluctant to take up this rights issues due to lost hope, impatience, etc.

As I don't generally trade, I take this opportunity as a good proxy to get in while it is cheap and wait. I hated it when I need to buy a stock when it starts to get expensive as I only begin to realize later than everyone has. Therefore, it is why my portfolio has quite a number of shares that are still waiting to be awaken and "noticed" by people, which I think is going to hit big in about a year or less.

Businessman and investors should have the element of patience in their mind, as these qualities will make them triumph over the majority. This is because they can wait, and get the maximum throughout the rewarding process when the good results are shown. While those impatient investors or businessman, may just give up, make a couple of losses here and there to keep trying out new different businesses, hoping to make a big hit in a couple of weeks.

These impatient people may have picked the right business, but due to their failure to persevere and wait, they gave in and easily yielded, making a couple of losses there, hoping to jump in to something big on the next business.

If you pick stocks based on good fundamentals and has the potential to grow big in future, like this one, you are generally in a very safe position and no need to fear of losing out. Prices are just day to day quotations which are meaningless and does not reflect the current progress of the company in achieving its bright prospects.

I know young investors or traders tend to look for quick bucks to spend out for good food, clothes and so on to reward themselves. But if you want to be really successful, trading is not going to make you rich, and you have to confess to that. Really successful people in investing I know, from what I observed, are people that didn't even look at their stock investments until a couple of months they found out they just made a fortune. These people just save up money, throw one considerable sum into a good fundamental growth stock and just left it there. No doubt the price movements have been ups and downs throughout the months and years, but he or she is not really aware of that.

To make it big, we have to ride it all along the way. Not trade in and out, buy high and sell higher. Traders don't normally buy huge volumes to trade for they prefer to trade in and out in smaller quantities and make some profits out of it. Some may trade in huge volume, but once they make a huge loss, they fear to do so. In addition, it is not a wise idea to trade fundamentally broken stocks in huge quantities as it is really risky and their plan is just to make a quick small buck from the erratic price movements. This is generally what they do, and that is why they cannot be rich.

I explained many times and no one gets it. Sobri disposes his shares to raise funds to subscribe send 100% rights issues. Why panic over this? Be glad that there is someone behind him buying the shares via married deal and agreeing to take up rights as well. Sobri may need to raise up to 20 million to subscribe the rights. If he doesn't sell his stake how is going to raise that money? I wonder why no one sees this rationale.

Albert Baker, how long can you hold a particular company? If you're going to tell me few weeks or even a few months, then maybe you're better off investing something hot now, like Symphony, Inari or DSONIC.

You asked when will it be a bluechip counter? It will be one when it successfully acquires a good company, just like how Inari acquires Amerton, which takes like approximately 1.5 years for Inari to achieve its kinda "bluechip" status now.

Both EAH and Inari are ACE companies, and if Inari can do it, EAH definitely has the potential to be a bluechip like Inari, just that it requires time, a good acquisition and I'm sure Sobri is able to do that, based on EAH's previous successful and synergistic acquisition of DSSB.

Inari was like EAH now, lying dormant at approximately 40 cents for years. Who would have thought this company could surge more than 500% in 1.5 years?

If you always think you're so lucky you're able to time nicely when the price is about to surge right when you purchase it, then you won't be commenting here.

It takes investing to hit a bullseye for companies like Inari, not simply trading. Because, even if you did hit Inari accurately at 0.40, you may take the profit on the table when it reaches RM1, and now regretting over the price at 2.80.

EAH is the same scenario, and after the rights issue, it will have sufficient funds to hunt for good companies for M&A. I'm pretty sure EAH already has a target company, otherwise, it won't be asking for rights issue already.

All we need to do now is to take up the rights issue, wait for a couple of months for the CEO and this team to work this M&A out. We as shareholders, are the same as businessman, just that we have capable managers running the show for us. All we need to do is wait, be more participative in AGMs and EGMs, and wait for the reward to come.

I know you purchased this company due to several good reasons you initially thought when you buy. Recall those good reasons now and see if it's still applicable now and should you stay with it, considering the price is very cheap now and fundamentally attractive as well. You don't want to jump in again when the price is already RM0.30.

I don't know why people want to buy when the share wakes up, and trading at all time high. I on the other will buy when the company is sleeping and enjoy my profits later. Isn't that sensible enough for you?

I've been holding GHLSYS for months now, and actively participating in this forum to share the bright prospects of this company over the long-term.

I have a very good feeling this company will breach RM1.00 within the next few years and RM2 by some time next year. This company has all the potential in e-payment, and with the acquisition of e-pay, it will propel the company further ahead.

Bear in mind, BNM is also advocating e-payment, where usage of cheques is greatly discouraged now, with higher processing fees gradually over time.

This company may just be another Inari or DSONIC in terms of price movements in months to come. But I'm saying price movements only. This company is definitely different in terms of business wise, considering Inari is a manufacturing company, where customers demand is crucial. Any downturn in the economy will definitely affect manufacturing companies.

However, for e-payment, this business is not affected by any downturn in the economy. As the usage of e-payment grows, it will grow and will not shrink. Demand either improves or stay constant, and will not shrink, as systems are already in place. Who would want to listen to cassettes now, after the invention of DVDs and MP3s?

This is why I believe the potential of this company is infinite for many years to come, if the management is competent in their duties. GHLSYS is also expanding in many other countries, to tap into different market for additional revenues as it is the largest e-payment company in ASEAN.

Definitely, a good counter for the longest term and kept for good when dividends come in, in future.

I've been holding this company for a few months and having full confidence in the management of this company and the bright prospect this company has.

The catalysts will be as follows:
1) Acquisition of Shanghai VoIP company with potential synergies
2) Main board listing
3) Telco project awards based on Budget 2014
4) Maxis 4G LTE aggressive rollouts

And many other catalysts to mention.

tccher, i've been playing many rounds of Alam. But for this year i find the counter is pretty inactive and no longer bag contract wins as often as last year. O&G appetite for OSV slowly declines if u notice the news from research houses these days due to competitive charter rates.

i would advise u to sell if you are breaking even or at a marginal loss as i feel the price has been stagnant for too long, and especially in O&G, if the industry starts to slow down, it will lay dormant for a very long time. you can observe how other O&G counters are performing despite good news. Good examples are bumi armada and SKPetro. Despite good newsflow, the price is still pretty stagnant.

hope my advise helps.

Why most of the people here in Sumatec forum is so desperate for big, fast gains in short-term. This will never work, and if you have that mentality, you can't hold Sumatec. Do u know why?

Its because this company needs to show profits first in its quarterly earnings before the stock will start to move. If you can't wait for the next quarter or next 2 quarters, which spans from 3 months to 6 months, this counter is definitely not for you.

You maybe better off buying Inari or Dsonic, in which is in an uptrend now. So stop sulking and complaning here.
