If you guys thinks the MD is not performing, you as a shareholder can vote him out and replace him with someone better. If you guys keep mum, then you've not right to complain now. You put him there!

MD of a listed co should be responsible to its public shareholder. Why is the MD not asked why the price keep going south? Anyone attended the AGM?
