@ Fluffyclouds, WA expires on Dec 13th and the reason why the mother share is being pressed down. May go down further before it actually rebounds. If you are invested for the mid to long term, just hold it. If you are trading or have a short term outlook, you will have to decide. All the best.

Hello @ Kyosan. You seem very familiar with this counter. I believe it is being prep for massive upward movement. Do you have the same opinion? If yes, what sort of TP are you looking at once the rights are listed? Thank you.

I thought that this platform was to share relevant information. If not supportive of this counter, then don't need to bad mouth and consistently put down share price prospects. This only reflects poorly on the person putting forward useless and pointless statements. Lets just act and communicate as responsible shareholders. Thank you.

Been following this counter for a while. Balance Sheet undervalued. What is needed is for these assets to be realised. Only then can the counter really move. Just my opinion.

Karma awaits the "so-called" analyst from Macquarie Bank. What nonsense to speculate about 2022 when we are still treading water now! More over, 180 degree reversal from just two weeks ago when it stated TP was RM30.40.

Macquarie Bank should be suspended. How can they say TP is RM30.40 on August 26 and now after split is RM5.40 or RM16.20 before split. This is clear manipulation lah...

Vroom vroom once people realise this is a very undervalued stock. People concern that revenue down but profit up. If they study how to do business, then they will realise moving operations from China to Cambodia may result is short term revenue fall but long term profit uptrend. Read the newspapers from earlier this week about Nike's largest supplier moving out of Vietnam and into Cambodia and Indonesia. Good luck.

For Mr SS Lee, I believe that John Lee and 3iii are correct. We need to pose pertinent questions otherwise the entire AGM will just be spent on accounting items. Our concerns as minority shareholders is to understand the business going forward, agreeing on a final dividend for 2017 and future dividend policy as well as why no external analysts are being asked to write about the company. The latter is vital in times of information lagging from the management directly. The share buy-back proposal is a good step forward by the management. Thank you again for being instrumental in getting the minority shareholders concerns tabled during the AGM. See you there.

Hi Mr SS Lee, the question on bad debts provision is why make such a provision when the note 17 to the FS per page 113 clearly states that there are not deemed impaired. Is this a way to sandbag expenses? Thanks.

For QQQ3, these are reasonable questions to ask of the BOD and Management from a shareholder. I am a shareholder of other large foreign conglomerates and have attended those company AGMs and asked similar questions with satisfactory responses. Hope to receive the same too from Hengyuan's BOD and Management. Thanks.

For Mr SS Lee, I have a few questions for you to include in your list of queries during the AGM:

1. Resolutions 11 and 12:
a) ask the Board and Management to disclose their solvency analysis that shows a liquidity concern if this quantum of dividend is paid out. The free cash flow based on the Statement of Cash Flow for 2017 indicates otherwise when you take into account forward earnings 2018 onwards.
b) what would be their alternative final dividend for 2017?
c) if a dividend policy cannot be established now, then when and for how much - bi-annually at least?

2. P&L 2017:
a) if they cannot pay the dividend we are asking for, why then should the directors be paid a hefty increase in fees from RM1,671 million to RM2,837 million
b) what is the basis for providing such a huge bad debt provision of RM1,383 million when the provision was a credit balance in 2016? Furthermore, a significant portion of these are deemed not impaired.
c) revenue expectations for 2018 - the Board clearly indicated in page 41 that the gradual recovery of crude prices allowed them to increase their gross margins. So, what is the pessimism for not wanting to pay reasonable dividends as per my Points 1(a) and (c) above.

3. Why has the Board and Management not asked for any write-ups from external analysts - this would have at least reduced the amount of uncertainty being speculated in the I-Investor Forum?

4. Details on the progress of the upgrade and what financial improvement can be deduced once done. Also, they should be able to produce a better variety of petroleum products. What is the aim of expanding sales other than the current arrangement with Shell?

Thank you and best of luck with the AGM deliberations.

Repost from separate forum on notice of requisitions update.

Hello Mr Lee, thank you once again for proactively updating us minority shareholders on your communiques with Heng Yuan's Legal and Corporate Affairs Department. Although yet to be confirmed, it is most re-assuring to know that the target of 50 requisitions has been met. I do hope that the final count is far ahead of this figure to prove to the company's management that they need to start listening to the minority shareholders too. With regards to the upgrade and its impact on the financials, Mr Surya confirms what we all have already known i.e. the company has indeed hedged its forward risks. On the matter of the prevalence of negative comments in this forum, don't be disheartened as there must be an ulterior motive behind these people trying so hard to dispel the true picture of the company's future. Keep pushing on as we are all right behind you. Thank you again for all your efforts spearheading this initiative.
