As far as the existing IWCity shareholders are concerned, they will get one(1) new IWH share for every one (1) existing IWCity share upon the approval and completion of this corporate exercise.

Surprisingly for this round, the price is holding very well. Normally heavy profit taking would have set in towards the end of the morning session / beginning of the afternoon session. But it has yet to happen.

I think profit-taking is coming in already. I sold too soon. Hahaha!
