BJLand is aiming for the land deals for HSR. Turf club land is valuable. Bandar Malaysia is huge and could be next big thing.

and remember public float is just less then 14%. all the sale DBTs are just left right, VT restructuring its holding cos. BJLand is full of value, one of the gem in the Group. with multi-billion HSR, comes valuable TOD.

Always rembr the real float is only abt 12%, barely 600m shs. All i can say is keep it, dun sell it cheap!!!
